Holding on Nacua and then he gets hammered (defenseless receiver non call yet again). -

Yes and the ball wasnt near him. But NFL refs are incapable of any coherence in officiating. -

Nacua is a 5th round pick and is amazing. -

The Rams offense and the way they get people open is fun to watch. It kind of makes ours look really amateurish. -

These officials are such a joke. The first hit on Stafford is legal but if that was Mahomes it was late but the 2nd hit that slams him down to the ground is way late and dirty. Stafford looked concussed when he hit the ground. -

Is any hit to the helmet illegal? I've seen so many not called. -

Remember when you look at that horrible false start call, these officiating teams are considered the "best of the best" to get the playoff gig. -

Well it looks like the 2 biggest frauds are out of the playoffs. -
Browns hosting QB Joe Flacco for workout

He could literally translate his success this season into yet another kick at the can next year. He was better off the couch than a few of the starting Qbs this season! -

I'm not sure the last time I saw a team so disinterested as Miami is right now in a playoff game? They were broken last week and now couldnt care less. -

OMG that is roughing the passer? How bias are these refs? -
Clock struck Twelve on Flaco today. He made some nice throws but the INTs and zero escapability were the epitaph for his season (and maybe his career). Stroud looked really impressive and Singletary was solid . Still I'm shocked that Texans were able to make Jim Schwartz look silly.

Wild Card Weekend - Wild Card Weather
Livinginthepast replied to WEATHER DOT COM's topic in The Stadium Wall
They could still move it for Monday night to Detroit. If it stays in Buffalo the snow stops by Monday but they could still have 2 feet on the field and in the stands on Monday and apparently the temperatures Monday are deep freeze 5F!! -

The skydome is currently being renovated so that's a non starter but I never want to see the Bills play there again. Horrible memories! -

The forecast is getting more biblical by the hour. I really hope the NFL thinks this one through and doesn't risk the lives of fans getting to the stadium if the conditions are going to be dangerous. Move it to Monday or to another location like Detroit. Also the quality of football if this storm is as bad they say will be horrendous. -
Why did clock stop after Allen’s amazing 3rd and 13 run
Livinginthepast replied to Charles Romes's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is another odd rule in a league that is Byzantine already (if you would like a colourful adjective). I also found out on the Sunday that refs can check replay to confirm/rescind penalties but only for the ALL IMPORTANT, illegal man downfield penalty and apparently not for Targeting (like the vicious helmet to helmet hit on Johnson on the goal line right before half time that resulted in a CONCUSSION and 1st and goal for the Bills with a clock stoppage. Or the ridiculous Pass interference on Knox the play before the INT in the endzone. The NFL rules committee and their officials are the worst in sports . -
Shakir would be really effective if we could use his speed on slant patterns. The Steelers winning TD on Saturday by Diontae Johnson was a great example . Diggs is awesome on short routes but he rarely breaks one on those short patterns.

I think Dodson got credited for a sack but it wasnt on Tua, it was on the Running back who was going to throw it but nobody was open.

I have no problem going for it on the 4th down and no problem with the sneak. I also think that Josh may have got the first down on that play and for the millionth time I am wondering aloud why the NFL: a) Has no chip in the ball to do an accurate spot. or b) a guaranteed fully overhead camera shot to show a better view. Sometimes this is available, other times it isnt. For a Billion $ league to continue to use 1950's guessing instead of accurate updated technology for these types of plays, when other sports like tennis have the tech is just idiotic.
