  1. I lol'd a couple times, especially at the NASA bit. Good post.
  2. Is McKelvin a bust? Does a bear **** in the woods?
  3. Good news guys! The Patriots looked unstoppable against the Bucs - but don't worry, that means nothing! They probably won't even make the playoffs, right Wayne? The Bills look like garbage, but hey, it doesn't matter - SUPER BOWL ALL THE WAY!!!
  4. Jackson is good, no doubt about it. But he's a 30 year old running back, and Spiller is a top 10 pick. The transition is inevitable, that's just reality. You needs two running backs in the NFL these days anyways.
  5. Wayne - The Lions played their starters longer than the Giants in week one of that preseason, then went on to beat the Bengals, Browns, and Bills. No big accomplishment there. Anyways, it's not the final score of a preseason game that matters, it's how your starters look when they are out there. The Bills played very badly tonight. You keep spouting random stats, but you aren't actually making any arguments. Do you think that it's a positive thing that the Bills looked like garbage tonight? Do you think the Bills are going to content for a playoff berth? What are you even trying to say?
  6. No way. Johnson and Jackson are both way better. Even Fitzpatrick and Smith are relatively better than him.
  7. The Bills were one of the very worst teams in all of football last year. The had a decent draft and added a couple mediocre free agents, but also lost major starters and leaders in Evans, Posluszny, and Whitner. There's really no reason to think they will be significantly different from last year.
  8. Demetrius Bell is a piece of garbage. He didn't play football in high school. He went to college to play basketball, and only got roped into football there because he was big, starting out at defensive end. When the offensive line was decimated by injuries they decided only then to try him on that side of the ball. He was a 7th round draft pick. The Bills front office felt like "Hey, we took a project guy in Jason Peters off the trash heap and made a good LT out of him, obviously we can just do the same with Bell!". Well, that's not the case this time, and it's just not going to work out with him. Also, he is Karl Malone's bastard son and Karl won't acknowledge him or speak to him.
  9. Levitre is not good. Everyone always tries to tie him together with Wood. They are not a good G/C combo. Wood is a decent player, Levitre is not. Just because we got them in the same draft does not mean they are the same person. Levitre might not even win a starting job on one of the worst lines in football.
  10. I don't want Pryor. The Bills don't care that much about character, though. That was just a marketing buzzword popularized by the return of Marv Levy.
  11. Do you think guys that get DUIs should be banned from football? What if they beat the hell out of a woman? What is they stole a pack of gum in the 3rd grade? Where do you draw the line? Maybe we should let the legal system determine appropriate punishments, and not arbitrarily try to deny someone's right to work.
  12. Bills drafted well this year. In most years past, however, if they would have just made their top few picks according to what the TV analysts had said they should do, they would have been much better off and just watching NFL network would have been a much better strategy for them. But like I said, this year was solid and hopefully the start of a new drafting era.
  13. lol you just can't help yourself http://29.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lkjspwvWUW1qdowxpo1_500.jpg
  14. He is on in Rochester on 1280 AM from 9-noon. You can always listen online in a ton of different places. Just go to I heart radio, or you can go to the Rochester affiliate's website at whtk.com or lots of other options.
  15. Personal attacks are both cool and an effective way to discredit my statements.
  16. Zulu Cthulhu - http://tinyurl.com/3g4tnzg Relax "champ". BTW, people pretending Vick wasn't a racially divisive figure are either in denial or just oblivious. OF COURSE the dogfighting had a lot to do with it, lol. The crux of it obviously is that dogfighting is a very racially divisive issue itself. The man committed a crime, and served his punishment? What else do people want from him before they stop carrying the banner of heinous acts? Every team is going to have a player with some sort of criminal background. You see DUIs all the time in the league.
  17. Vick was one of the most racially divisive public figures in years. Fact. This board was overflowing with anti-Vick sentiments when he was on the market. Fact.
  18. People that feel the need to vehemently defend themselves against being racist are usually in fact among the more racist individuals you will meet.
  19. I've said all along, make him a slot receiver hybrid. Screens, drag routes, quick slants, circle routes out of the backfield, lots of presnap motion, etc. etc. He can only run between the tackles with a top offensive line. This line won't make holes for him, and he's not a power back that's going to smash through arm tackles. Get him outside the tackles presnap and find ways to get him the ball, and he can actually have a chance to use his talents.
  20. He was never going to end up in Buffalo, anyways. Ralph, nor many of the fans here, would ever stand for a black starting quarterback or a black head coach.
  21. Newcomer Aaron Maybin attempts to introduce himself as Mark Sanchez and an assistant coach are distracted by a woman exposing her bare feet on the sideline.
