I would hope so. Either that or we're dealing with a Pats fan posing as a Bills fan...and doing a pretty piss poor job of it. JP's never shown anthing but class

When we get a new stadium, keep the design basically the same...makes the season ticket holder processes so much easier...keep a single tunnel in one endzone

I'm of the same opinion...cause that's the reason the Bills gave for this Toronto series A big part of the Bills gameday experiemce is tailgating. After seeing the pathetic joke that passes for tailgating in Toronto, I think interest in coming down to Orchard Park is going to keep rising

I almost added Donte but he's only played one series so far this preseason...a solid series with a great play, but only one series, nonetheless. The leadership he's showing is beyond outstanding, though -

Well, Trent, in an interview last season when he got the starting job late in the season, admitted that he had to work on avoiding staring down his receivers. He should be scanning the field until just before he throws. What he was doing was scanning the field before the snap and locking onto his receiver either right before or right after the snap. Last year, it was before the snap. This year it's after...though this year so far, there have been times he wasn't staring at the receiver, he was staring at the spot he was throwing to. Looks to me like he still knows it's a problem and he's working on it...which is a positive..Bledsoe never corrected that problem. Yeah, his first read is open, but if a DB is baiting him, he's gonna get picked off. -

don't dude me...I've been watching Trent's head on every pass he's thrown this preseason. He glanced to the right real quick but locked onto Royal after that. How quickly he looked to the right wasn't enough to be considered looking off his receiver. I will give him credit, though. Early last season, he was staring down his intended receiver before he even got the snap of the ball. He's not doing that anymore at least, -

Preston, McKelvin, Youboty, Hardy, Ellison, Wendling, Ellis, Royal, Jenkins, Costanzo, and Schonert Edwards...no...watch his head in a pass play...he's still staring down his receivers and if he doesn't learn to stop, it's going to kill us like it did against Dallas -

not sure about the pricing for the '95 game but I still have the mailing from the Bills announcing the 97 American Bowl Tickets were...get this $10.50 $22.50 $32.50 I was paying $26 for each game ticket the the Ralph in 96...paying $45 for the same seating now Now obviously, the money being in Canadian funds for those tix (I'm thinking 77 cents on the dollar for some reason) adjusts the cost some but still...it's an eye opener -
Do you think J.P. would stay in Buffalo
The_Philster replied to RVJ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dolphins and Jags I'll grant were all on JP...but Fairchild sabotaged him in the 1st 2 games last season. Answer this...JP starts out 2006 in a close-to-the-vest vanilla offense and he struggles. After the bye, they opened things up and he played remarkably better. Why the hell would anyone switch back to that same close-to-the-vest offense that we struggled with in 2006....because that's exactly what Fairchild did at the beginning of last season. -

Going by the mindset he was showing the 1st couple weeks of camp, I don't see it. Who knows what he feels like at the end of the season, though -

The Official @#$% Peters and Favre Thread
The_Philster replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Couldn't agree more. I was watching NFL Network air their Top 10 Most Feared Tacklers about an hour ago. I saw Atwater at #9 and that was it....they cut out the rest of the show for more favre coverage. then they expanded Total Access to 2 hours for tonight...and lately they've spent well over half of each show on the Favre front -
NFL Network does a great job with their NFL Replay series, IMO. As far as what's available on ITunes...depends on how long it is. NFL Replay shows are generally an hour and a half long with commercials.....I'd personally like to see them expand to 2 hours. They do skip a few plays (but let you know about it and what happened in those plays) when they shrink it down to the 1.5 hour show

Brett Farve, Aaron Rodgers, Doug Flutie, Rob Johnson
The_Philster replied to RLflutie7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nice of you to ignore the fact that after 1998, Flutie was making MORE than Johnson...but hey...don't let your blind hatred of the Bills owner get in the way of your ignorance of the facts. JP's still around for a few reasons. 1...Trent hasn't proven himself yet...as a good QB or someone who can remain healthy 2...JP's worth more as a backup QB than anything we were offered for him in trade -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brett_Favre He had over a month to decide and quite frankly, I don't think the Packers would've been upset had he waited til mid-April...just so long as they found out early enough to make their offseason plans -

The_Philster replied to RLflutie7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You forgot something....Flutie had a larger contract averaged out than RJ. The Bills dumped Flutie instead of RJ because RJ said he'd learn the new West Coast Offense that Williams was bringing in. Flutie said he'd give it a shot but if he didn't like it, he'd go back to doing what he wanted to do. If a control freak head coach is forced to choose between a QB who was going to tow the line or a QB who was going to do his own thing...which do you really think he's gonna keep? So there's no way of comparing the two situations. As far as Brett, no one forced him to retire....the Packers wanted to know if he was going to, though. Should they have just left the door open and said "just show up when you feel like it if you decide to come back?" All that time in the offseason wasted not knowing for sure, then. To do that would screw over the entire team bigtime if he decided to retire at the last minute. Instead of preparing for the 2008 season with Rodgers, they would've been sitting around with their thumbs up their asses all this time and the 2008 season would've been a waste for them. Pulling this unretirement garbage is selfish to the extreme on Brett's part...he seems to think the world revolves around him. Besides that, the Packers were doing him a favor trying to keep him retired. He's on the cover of Madden...and EVERY player who landed that cover promptly had a bad season. Well, except Barry Sanders...who retired all of a sudden...before playing a single down that season. If Brett plays this year, his legacy will be tarnished...even more than it already has been
