  1. They have a much better play action scheme then the Bills
  2. Under center was sucked Edmunds in
  3. Under center PAP is such an underrated weapon that I wish the Bills would use a lot more
  4. Josh still had a bit of pocket to work with on that 3rd I think
  5. Because the talent is fairly average outside a few players. But since one of them is Allen, it works out
  6. That sack on Josh Allen. He didn’t have to bail yet and if he hung on just a half second he had someone open. Also might be a bit rattled from earlier pressures. Rarely has had a clean pocket. This Pat D is No Joke
  7. Patriots both stunting and delay blitzing off those stunts
  8. Yea and some of the limitations we have. It’s definitely an under talented unit
  9. Very interesting! Great catch by you there. At his size that’s being a significant object in the view of an under pressure QB
  10. They’re really not that bad. But yes they don’t compare to the Chiefs or Bengals. Think the Bills need to score 40+ to win either of those games
  11. Man a lot of Patriot injuries out here
  12. Which will certainly be an interesting test for the Bills secondary as the Pats have been throwing well the last few weeks and Meyers is turning into a legit weapon.
  13. Bills almost never go 0 coverage. They did that 3rd down while rushing I think 8, which tells you how Frazier feels about his coverage right now
  14. Just don’t let him throw. That’s certainly good pass defense
  15. Been harping on this secondary for half the season, and certainly losing Damar makes things worse. Really want to see something from Kair Elam today. I think he’s in here whole Dane was the last drive
  16. Truly truly amazing. The fans, the media, everyone so far a has been amazing. We need to keep pushing the NFL & The Bills to keep supporting Damar after all this energy naturally fades away. Football and sport has an outsized, positive impact on our lives and communities. These men get well paid to do what they do, and make a choice to risk their health for this sport. Still, I think it still pales in comparison to the positive community energy they bring as a team. With that it mind, if Damar is unable to play football even again, then I hope the NFL & The Bills fully support him financially until he’s able to financially support himself. As a 2nd year, 6th round draft pick, he’s probably earned less than a million dollars in earnings after taxes. A substantial sum of money, but certainly not enough to cover living expenses and long term care in recovering from this in the years that follow. And as a 2nd year player, he is not vested. I understand that “everyday” and “working class” folks don’t get these benefits (I hate both phrases in this context but am left without a better phrase it’s become so collloqueal), but I would suggest that I - and anyone else in my field - don’t have the same power as these players to bring a community together, to uplift a community after tragedy, to help instill pride in a community, among the other positive aspects of being a Buffalo Bill. That matters. Given the massive cultural impact teams make on our community, and the limited amount of players (about 2000 roster spots each year between the active roster and practice squad), and the amount of money these clubs gets from TV deals and all the other revenue streams, they need to be a lot more upfront in how they take care of players who get processed out of this league due to injury and health. I hope the NFL and the Bills support Damar for the rest of his life, for as long as it’s needed, for being a part of such a powerful cultural phenomenon, and almost dying for it Or put this way, what other person in the Buffalo community that’s not a member of this team, would inspire a rally around the community event such as what we with Damar?
  17. This man’s heart stopped 4 nights ago. I am so happily amazed and thankful right now
  18. While watching the game it always felt like the Dolphins were dictating, until the 4th, while the Bills were making the plays they needed to stay alive. That’s of course a personal feeling - hard to get a definitive answer to this. Just like the OSU - UGa game. The bucks probably deserved to win, but it wasn’t until the 4th quarter where I felt Georgia lost control of the game
  19. Such wonderful news. Can’t even imagine the relief going through his family and the Bills organization.
  20. They get to 8-3 and then lose to A) the best team in the NFC right now, possibly the NFL, in the Niners away B) a more talented, though to this point underperforming, Chargers C) arguably outplayed, but lost to the Bills away D) packers in a game where Tua played in the 2nd half with a concussion without anyone realizing it, and having basically the worst half of his career likely due to the concussion E) The pats without a QB Yes they have a losing streak, but this isn’t choking. They’re losing to teams that are more talented or when they didn’t have a healthy Tua.
  21. McDaniel would be a HC in approximately 10 minutes after getting fired. would be monumentally stupid
  22. Still the key moment is going to be how his body responds to being taken off the ventilator and how much it can operate on its own and his neurological functioning as they bring him out of sedation. Him needing less oxygen is optimistic about his bodies ability to operate on its own though
  23. Just wait. It’s the toughest thing in the world, bit speculation isn’t going to help. I’m a theist but I’m a firm believer that positive thoughts and hopes have a tangible impact on the world, and I’m a huge believer that you find your faith in humanity and the world in any way you can, and if this helps you find that through religion, then I’m joyful for you
