Yes he is a clear upgrade over what the Bills had
Very misleading as they've had two very different roles

We got the wrong Samuel.
Y'all will be hating this signing by mid-season. He was supposed to be able to stretch the field when he came our of college, but all he is a mediocre version of Diggs who can run a jet sweep occasionally. This is a waste of 15 million.
I was all onboard with Beane finally make this team younger and cheaper, but instead he wastes money on two exceedingly mediocre WRs.
He was a Gadget player at Ohio State, a better version of Isiah McKenzie, so that's not at all what he was supposed to be. He started playing more on the outside in the NFL, but the real problem was this, here are his QBs:
Cam Newton (Healthy)
Cam Newton/Kyle Allen/Taylor Heinicke - avg 12.5 per reception
Kyle Allen/Cam Newton (broken)/Will Grier
Teddy Bridgewater/PJWalker
Alex Smith/Dwayne Haskins/Kyle Allen
Taylor Heinicke/carson wentz/sam howell
sam howell
Who his QB will be in Buffalo
Josh Allen

For those who have questions about Samuel playing the outside, note this from 2018
And then also take a look at his 2020 season and who happened to be his OC
That offense had DJ Moore and CMC so those are decent for 3rd banana

This is an elite specialization pick up from Beane. This is PERFECTION. Y'all realize what this going to do for Diggs and whomever the Bills pick in the draft to replace Gabe?
Now the Bills can threaten the safeties in multiple ways to open up the intermediate and short, or even isolate corners and safeties to make deep routes more dangerous

He’s got to be better than AJ Klein, right?
Which was where Beane was at with this

Putting Josh’s cap hit at 60M next season, which means he’s gonna get a new extension next summer which will make him the 2nd highest paid player in the sport

Id rather Beane blow his load on a DT or an actual pass rushing DEThey have enough front line talent on the DL, especially if they get back Jones. They need depth there.
But they need front line players at safety, and I'll be honest, an upgrade over Taylor Rapp.
I'll be dissappointed if the Bills don't add a starter at Safety and a deep threat at WR - either a starter or secondary deep threat

We can't sign anyone,we are still over the cap.
That's not how that works
Totally could have done that. Wonder if Beane sent in an offer

Would have loved him in Buffalo but that was a non-starter as ain't no way Bills were gonna invest this much in a safety

Panthers trying to break the OG market the way the Jags broke the WR market a few years back
They're going to have like 35M in caps space tied up with Kirk and Davis

Noah Brown is fine, but only if you add a speedy deep threat in the draft or FA. Brown would be a good 2nd banana deep threat

He was also released so it would’ve affect comp picks. Beane seems to be big on these now. Fits into the rotation with Rousseau and Von.
I mean they only have 3 DEs period. So gotta find like 3 DEs

Eagles have unlimited cap space
They came in with 40M. Hurts has a very nice 13M cap hit as his contract is backloaded. They only had 7 guys with cap hits over 10M and just one over 15M.
There's a reason Howie Rosman is considered among the best out there

They are the cap kings. They do smart things and crazy things. But I would rather a front office get crazy sometimes then always boring.
Boring got the Bills like the 2nd most wins over the last 3-4 years or something like that. I'm good with that kind of boring

Don’t worry Justin Jefferson, help is on the way.
So an interesting thought with JJ. Vikes will have like 100M+ in cap space next season, what's stopping them from giving JJ a 6 year deal where year 1 pays him like 60M

I'm more curious about where guys like Floyd and Epenesa go and for how much to see what we can get comp pick wise...
Looks like Davis to the Jags on a 3 year deal but we don't know the $$$ yet.
38M + 11M signing + incentives to take it up to 50M.
Presumably it's a bit backloaded as well

What exactly is wrong with that, though? I mean, I see nothing wrong with wanting to have sex when your horny if you have someone to do it with. It would be stupid to have a wife or gf that's down to do it with you and you're fighting an urge for no reason lol. Doesn't make sense but that's just me. This isn't cigarettes or alcohol. It's not like it's bad for you
Because it overtakes your life. you struggle to maintain partnerships, you likely struggle to maintain friendships, because your compulsion is driving your behavior to fullfill whatever sexual fantasy you're having - or some alternative to it.
wanna goto the bar and hang man?
Nah Imma sit home and play with myself
This is the basics of ALL addiction. The compulsion to fulfill that behavior is the driving force, and sacrifices everything else.
It's great that not only is Jaylon getting therapy for it, but open about talking about it

It's sex, though. Like how do you keep yourself from being horny?
It's not about the horniness, it's about the compulsion to act on it.
I mean it's like craving desert. Who doesn't like desert? A sugar addict will have desert multiple times a day, because of the compulsion that's controlling him. -

How do you correct a sexual addiction? Like, do you just stop your whole life? Lol
The same way you treat any other addiction, by working on converting it from an overwhelming need to a controllable desire

That's a good one but McConkey play the outside more naturally - and would be an excellent late RD1 pick up
