    Their defense has really been torn up. Bills play smart and they'll get their points. Tua with Achane, Hill and Waddle will always be dangerous though He "played" for Penn State for a spring. He transferred there from UNC, realized he wasn't gonna play ahead of either of the Corners PSU had, and then transferred out after spring practice
