  1. Just bought Rams - Bills tix. Gonna be a Bills home game. LFG!
  2. Elite, elite athlete at corner. You can be more scheme versatile as well
  3. Yea, that's a good question. But this match is on Black Friday at 2pm - with almost no competition other than people still out shopping (which most do online now), and some travel after thanksgiving. It's almost perfectly set up to maximize ratings
  4. One thing I'm annoyed by Bills Twitter are the people who constantly bring up CEH and the Chiefs. Those are very different. Why? CEH didn't actually add anything new to the offense. He was a redundant piece that was supposed to make it harder for teams to defend the offense. But they already had speed, catching out of the backfield and decent runners. Breece Hall brings two aspects the Bills generally don't have. Home run speed, a receiving threat in the backfield and screen game. When you draft in the first round, you draft for something you're team doesn't have, and if it's so well rounded, then something that's going to come off the roster in the next year or two
  5. The Women's world cup final drew 26M viewers. That generally exceeds any NFL regular season game (outside of Thanksgiving) and would be low end for a playoff game (the equivalent of the Bills/Pats wild card game this year). My expectation for England - USA is about 35M+, which would put it inline with a Divisional Round game. I'm a huge soccer fan, but I'm not one of those fans who's going to tell you that it's going to take over America. But USA - England will be special and well watched
  6. USA plays England on Black Friday. It will likely be the most watched Soccer game in US History
  7. ? none of those are true of him and I’ve been watching him play for 4 years. He’s generally a good positional corner who tracks well, but struggles to make plays on the ball. He doesn’t really stand out in terms of gaffes, and while he’s not great in run support he’s also not bad. His lack of ball skills and slender frame means he’ll struggle against better WRs who do have elite body control and ball skills and can out physical him, but his athleticism and sound technique suggest he’ll be a mid round pick because he’ll generally shadow anyone by the elite WRs
  8. PSU has a few guys that fit the Bills as their defense is similar to the McDermott scheme. TCF is certainly one guy who’s fit the scheme Brandon Smith is an elite athlete at LB who needs a lot of growing up, and would be viewed as an UDFA/late rounder And of course Jahan Dotson
  9. As a football fan, I love it. As a Bills fan, I love that Mahomes isn’t the one throwing to these dudes. With Phins D being pretty good, if those guys get a leap out of Tua, Miami is absolutely going to compete with the Bills for the AFCE crown- especially now that they’ve got that stud tackle.
  10. If we’re going running back then I’m going with corderelle Patterson. He brings an element no one else does which is speed & electricity with ball in hand
  11. Guess the Browns got their adult at QB
  12. clearly 22 unrelated women hated men so much that they were willing to lie to prosecutors about Wataon purely so they could tarnish and win some money while nuking their own reputations- publicly. So this is all fine and great and clearly the Browns are a wonderful organization in seeing just how poorly Deshaun was being treated and rewarded him with a ludicrously large contract
  13. AFC West is hilarious
  14. There's north and then there's The North
  15. location and climate, and possibly lifestyle dependong on what he's been doing since getting to the NFL. He's from Arizona and went to school in Arkansas. The North is not for the weak of heart
  16. Not doom, but he filled a need. Now it either goes unfulfilled or someone else does. This team doesn't have much speed and danger in the open field - and he brought that. But regardless, no hard feelings hopefully. Looks like he just wanted to settle his life in the DMV
  17. dang, I was legit excited to add him. We need to add another speed piece to this offense Yep, this was the tampering portion of FA. Actual free agency doesn't start for like 2.5 hours
  18. The real problem the Bills will have is in 2023, which is why it’s good to be wary of these restructures https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/2023/all/buffalo-bills// They only have 31 players under contract and 179M of cap space taken up. Even if the cap is at 230M that’s not actually a ton of space - especially considering Edmunds, Knox, Bates (assuming he had a good year) ~ 20M in cap space after being resigned - I think Jordan Poyer will have to be allowed to walk, while Diggs, Tre and Dawkins would be extended.
  19. Would imagine the cap hit is skewed towards next season, with the idea that the Bills either keep him and restructure and convert a roster as a singing bonus, or cut him and leave just that roster bonus as the dead cap hit. something like 5M this year, and 5M roster + 5M base salary in 2023
  20. If ford makes it through training camp without getting cut I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
  21. Not sure what NE was doing with that Shaq Mason deal
  22. Thats likely so that they can fit the announced signings under the cap
  23. Well teams should sign zone CBs and keep playing them in zone defenses.
