I don't understand blaming all gun violence on gang activity. Not to say gang violence is a huge issue. I get it. There are gangs in other countries as well. This is an American issue. Just blaming gangs is quite shortsighted. And I assume fueled by BS narratives. In 2020, the total gun death rate for rural communities—when age-adjusted per 100,000 people—was 40 percent higher than it was for large metropolitan areas.
