  1. Booing Trent is old hat. I'd rather boo someone else. If there are injuries, I will boo the strength and conditioning staff. If the beer isn't cold or the nachos are soggy, I will boo the vendors. If someone is standing in front of me during the game, I will boo him/her. The fact of the matter is, someone will get booed today. It may or may not be Trent but the person/persons I boo will definitely deserve it.
  2. chad should get in contact with this fellow. apparently the Falls is where its at! http://www.sammyvanhalen.com/
  3. and we beat them, granted in overtime and their QB threw 6 picks, at their place with our 2nd-string QB. We also gave up some un-Godly rushing numbers. The Jets played well at the right time of the season and rode that into the playoffs. We'll see what happens this year.

  5. I guess it depends on where you live... North Buffalo- Hertel Ave has MT Pockets, The Wellington Pub, and Gecko's. For Sabres games I would recommend Gecko's b/c they havea siren that goes off when they score and everything. BWW does have a lot of TVs but it isn't a true Buffalo Sports Bar per se. If you're looking for a true dive, try Del Denby's. You shan't be disappointed. Elmwood Area- Coles would probably be the ticket there. Usually packed with people anyhow but the TVs aren't that big and the food isn't great. Prob would want to venture toward downtown at that point. My buddy owns Papa Jakes and the food there is solid. They have solid beers, amazing steak sandwich, and the fries are the best in the city. Downtown- Probably go to Fat Bob's or Colter Bay. I wouldn't go down to Chippewa...at all. Southern Suburbs- 24K Gold... ...Danny's South has amazing food and it is right near the stadium in OP. Northern Suburbs- Try Amherst Ale House if you're near the North Campus of UB OR Mooney's on Military if you're in Tonawanda. Mooney's is the old St. James Place and they have a food challenge...I wouldn't recommend that on a game day. Those are just a few suggestions for you but the great thing about the B-Lo area is that you can;t go more than 3 feet before you almost trip over a bar. You may have a cozy little dive in your area that you comfortable in. Every bar will have the game on so don;t worry about that. It's just your personal preference. Hope this helps and welcome to the area!!! Cheers!
  6. Can somebody in buffalo new York pick me today and show me around town? What the hell is in buffalo anyway Twitter / Chad Ochocinco
  7. He wants to go out and get F%d up!!!!! There is a stag at Coles tonight at which THE 'Razon Ramon' will be the guest of honor. Hand to God! He will not be drinking and he will be accompanied by a Probation (Parole?) Officer b/c he is out of jail after he assaulted a police officer. If Chad can't have fun there, he is even more useless than I could have imagined.
  8. If there is I haven't found it yet Cosmic...
  9. I see the Xanax hasn't kicked in yet today...
  10. Does Green Bay's absolute manhandling of the Colts diminish the significance of our victory last week? If so, how? If not, why not?
  11. Does Green Bay's dismantling of the Colts diminish the significance of our win over them?
  12. Great insights but paragraphs would make it a little easier on the eyes:flirt:
  13. Why would you come into a thread to ask that or are you just frustrated that you don't have a real comment?
  14. SHOULD have...I'm such a nerd Thanks to both of you guys. I feel better now. Well Played
  15. 1.) Thank you-sorry Bob 2.) I still think it's wrong
  16. So its not a double negative...just a garbled mess to hide behind what it should actually read, "Bills fans taunts justifed"
  17. A figure of speech consisting of an understatement in which an affirmative is expressed by negating its opposite. See also: here is the definition of litote. this headline does not apply. it just sounds wrong
  18. Two questions: 1. Who writes the headlines? 2. How is this NOT a double negative?
  19. http://www.buffalone...ticle172414.ece Now I don't want to be Johnny Language Arts here but isn't the title of this article a Double Negative? Forgive me if I expect a professional journalist to adhere to the rules of proper grammar. I'll afford some artistic license from time to time but this is just ignorance. Don't beat around the bush! Say that the little punks WERE justified instead of dancing around the subject. Why didn't he just title it, "Fans don't like not winning"...Come on Bob, you're better than that.
  20. Ross Tucker is an excellent journalist and this article serves a retort to those in Bills Country who wanted Tebow at 9. Moxy and charisma can only get you so far in the NFL. He lacks the prototypical QB skill set and this will hold him back for at least a couple of years. He may develop into a quality NFL QB but it is going to take a while. If he does not, it could cost Josh McDaniels his job, as his draft day arrogance wreaked of Ditka ditching draft picks in order to pass the dutchie to Ricky Williams. Tebow is a man of faith but that doesn't necessarily mean that you should put faith in him to lead your franchise. I, for one, am glad the Bills passed on him at 9 and did not make a serious play for him. Granted, our QB situation is not ideal but hopefully Trent or Brohm can be competent, like a Kyle Orton. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
  21. Gracias Senor!!! PS-Anybody think that Orton looks like Losman's brother?
