  1. 6-5 217lbs is a string bean. i was at the game the other night and he looks very slight. He is wiry strong but 217 lbs is not a lot of meat on his bones.
  2. You may be thinking of the Sabres perhaps...
  3. Oh 'everyone' and 'mpl' say this?...You have to have a source BillsBeat. With your reasoning I could say that there is life on other planets because I just know and that eveyone says so. Come on man. Give me something I can use!
  4. Peace-can you post something to this effect on here? http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/118048-far-be-it-for-me-to-take-pleasure-in-others-misfortunes/ Thank you!
  5. He played with the 1st string the other night and held his own. GREAT hands and has a knack for getting open. VERY thin but seems to be wiry strong. His TD catch was basically the same ball that was thrown to Chad Jackson but Jackson bumbled it. Nelson has a shot to be a solid contributor at the 4th receiver spot. Hopefully his slight size does not prevent him from staying healty.
  6. Arthur Moats is pisking up the ILB position very well and was all over the field the other night. Granted it was against the thrid string Bengals for the most part but he is showing signs of improvement over where he was
  7. He played most of the first half. After the first series they settled down and the offense was very efficient. Cornell Green got toasted on the first drive and Trent got sacked. Trent stepped up in the pocket very well for the most part and our Tackles did a good job of guiding the rushers out beyond the play. Trent stepping up in the pocket helped quite a bit as opposed to the past when Trent would just flop down in the face of pressure or take off running. First string was done after half-time and the Meredith got an illegal hands to the face or holding on a reception by Roosevelt (SJCI!) and Chambers had a false start.
  8. That was an awesome block! The picture in the paper of Trent shows Spiller standing up one of their LBs and Levitre mauling somebody.
  9. it was a comment on your avatar and nothing personal
  10. I am aware thank you poo pile
  11. Anybody else encouraged that our 1st-string O-line had no penalties...especially in the Red Zone? Are they getting better in that regard or was it a fluke?
  12. Jackson's drop was bad also but if you saw Hardy on the sidelines before he came in the game, he appeared to be moping. He wasn't involved in the discussions on the sidelines and appeared to be aloof from his teammates. You don't need that guy around. I would rather take a chance on David Nelson who is quicker, has better hands, and is a better route runner than Hardy. Jackson is a special teams contriubutor and although Hardy is coming off an injury, how much longer can you wait to see him perform? He also had 2 drops, the one was behind him so we'll excuse that one. He also had an illegal motion penalty.
  13. Yeah you're right but Hardy was brutal Saturday
  14. So tomrrow is the first cut-down day. Who you got? Any shockers or just the usual guys that weren't going to make it anyhow? I'll kick it off... Hardy = Goner
  15. The one time he was in on 3rd down in the first half and he actually did a decent job of pushing back the LT for the Bengals. Other than that, Maybin time has been strictly celebrated in Scrubville
  16. Freddy only drinks the finest breast milks
  17. After seeing his confidence and moxy the other night, I totally agree. If and when Trent goes down, Fitz is capable.
  18. Fine. You win but that doesn't mean I have to like him
  19. Are you Jason Peters' agent or something? Can you justify his holdout while you're at it?
  20. Eagles-Chiefs: Random observations -from Mark Mosley ESPN Left tackle Jason Peters picked up right where he left off last season with some untimely false starts. The second false start knocked the Eagles out of field goal position. <LI>I was not impressed with Bobby April's coverage units. McCluster gave the Eagles fits on kickoff returns. Now the Bobby April one wasn't as bad as the Peters one, but you guys and gals comment if you wish...
  21. http://www.sammyvanhalen.com/ The Bills should take a chance on this guy
