  1. CJ Spiller is very talented and will play a lot this year. Don't worry
  2. Pretty sure when she shuts you down and wants to talk about the 'relationship' is symbolic of Trent's inevitable injury. It is at that point you realize why you broke up in the first place. You go back to school in a few months (the draft) and yo go to a frat party and hook up with some random skank for a quick fix (first rd QB). How am I doing?
  3. Great analogy! The preseason I would imagine is the phone call that goes pretty well. You BS for a little while and you remember why you liked her at one point. Now we are on our way to the local watering hole where she is 'hanging out with her friends'....
  4. I don't read regularly so I guess I don't get burned out on him. His most recent article about Shaq/James Dolan was pretty funny...BUT THIS ISN'T ABOUT ME
  5. I have to give it to Bill Simmons because his writing is amusing. That being said, his writing should be left at just that, amusing. He makes some funny observations and quips but his sports knowledge and opinion should be taken with a grain of salt. He is a homer worse than any of us on this board toward Boston-area teams. Again, Simmons is a funny guy, as this article showcases, but his opinion isn't worth the paper it is printed on.
  6. I am a first time season ticket holder and i am PSYCHED!!!
  7. The fact that he is not Dick Jauron is the best thing any coach could have going for himself
  8. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2010/09/03/hardys-big-play-wiped-out/ Brown took the heat for the INT in the end zone. Apparently it wasn't Hardy's fault
  9. Think of it this way. Trent has been here for how many years and how many years has he been able to play a full season? Do you trust Levi Brown with the responsibility of playing late in the season if Trent and Fitz/Brohm are hurt? I maintain he will sneak through waivers and be on the PS. Brohm will be 3rd string b/c he showed he is capable of being on the field and at least presenting as competent. Brown needs some seasoning for sure but that heave he had in the 4th to Hardy was pretty sick!
  10. You're thinking of Jason Peters and I'm pretty sure we had him a few years ago
  11. At this point, I would take Mrs. Gronkowski over that Foschi guy!
  12. I remember growing up that I always had a strong distaste for Bob Trumpy. He said to be forever crapping on the Bills even when we were good. I vote Bob Trumpy as MY least favorite. I would agree that Randy Cross is the worst in football In terms of the worst in sports, I would say Tim McCarver, hands down
  13. I think he looked more comfortable as well. It is unfortunate that he was hurt most of training camp and we as fans didn't get to see him play. The coaches have a handle on his progress and I'm sure they have enough sense to make the right decision. It feels good to say something like that after the Dick Jauron regime huh?! Anyhow, he may have looked good last night but I think he may be a victim of the numbers. How many WRs are kept? You have Evans, Johnson, Parrish, D. Nelson, C. Jackson, thats 5. If you keep 6, he is your 6th at this point. C Jackson looked good last night, and I have been critical of him in the past. D. Nelson has impressed and has similar physical attributes to Hardy. I feel he has a leg up because he has more football sense and is quicker than Hardy. All told, we will see tomorrow but my gut tells me Hardy will not be a Bill come Sunday morning.
  14. *Caveat* First Initials I just wanted to emphasize how CRAPPY that Foschi guy played. It was like he had no fingers!
  15. GOOD!!! I want them to be over-confident when the come into One Bills Drive! It will be that much more satisfying when they leave with their tails between their legs!!! GO BILLS!!!!
  16. Levi cranked one downfield in the 4th Qtr that was called back on a phantom holding call. That Foschi guy calmed down a little bit but man, he was BRUTAL early. I was in favor of cutting him at halftime.
  17. For what it's worth... For the preseason, Brohm hit 21 of 37 passes for 203 yards. He had one interception (not his fault) and a passer rating of 61.0. Ryan Fitzpatrick was 15 of 23 for 138 yards with two TDs. He had a passer rating of 110.4.
