  1. Go to http://getbillstickets.com/ There's a great interactive seating chart that shows prices and the view for each section.
  2. I don't know. He wrote something playful and inoffensive on his undershirt a few times. I've been told that makes him a punk we should've pushed out the door.
  3. We're in from Durham, NC! We just bought our first ever seasons in section 126 and look forward to making it up for 2-3 games this year. See y'all at the Ralph!
  4. Longsnapper. After that, a real pass rusher. A genuine pass rush makes everything look better. Takes pressure off the rest of the d line, gets our whole defense off the field quicker and lets the offense dictate the pace of the game, and not have to chuck it downfield constantly trying to catch up.
  5. I like it. He didn't get on the field much, but I've listened to him a good bit on XM radio this past year, he is (or was?) co-hosting some show with Rob Dibble. Smart dude, good veteran presence, definitely the type to be a leader. With a year under his belt, he's a no-brainer to bring back, and at a good price. Good stuff happening... I love how we're heading into FA and the draft not having to scramble to fill any holes made by recent key departures. We're gonna build, and we're gonna add depth. Go Bills!
  6. I do, and I did see that. I just assume most Yankee fans are too dumb to understand. /ducks, runs away Seriously though, as a similarly built TE and coach, I wonder if Metz will be able to help bring Chandler along?
  7. That is absolutely true. I was at the Bills game in the Georgia Dome a few years ago, my first football game inside. Holy crap, it was awful in there. It felt and sounded like watching a game in a warehouse. That weird roof on the place that lets in a very diffuse kind of sunlight, it looked like the game was under fluorescent light. Blech.
  8. You sound like a Yankee fan. We gotta mind the cap.
  9. Snow games are fun. It's the bitter cold windy days when it's too cold to snow that suck. Like that Pats/Bills game the day after Xmas in 2010. Holy crap, that was cold. Of course, it was my first winter game since moving to NC 6 years ago, so my lack of exposure to the cold for all that time probably made it worse. Oh, and getting our asses handed to us by Belicheat and the Amazing Backup from Michigan didn't help either.
  10. He went to Harvard, you know. I don't know if anyone's ever mentioned that.
  11. It may very well be a sign of things to come. I remember last year he came to pro day here at UNC and they ended up going heavy on Carolina guys, Searcy and White, plus two udfas (who ultimately got cut anyway) Pianalto and... the other name escapes me. Well, again, Nix was here at UNC for pro day last year. They didn't get any Carolina guys early, but I believe Carolina did have the most players drafted of any school. So, like someone said above, if Bama's got 10+ potential draftees, a GM probably does consider it a good use of his time to check it out, figuring they're all worth a look and we may very well end up with a few of them. Especially given his comments about "respecting" the draft board and "best talent available."
  12. Well, that's it. I'm done. How do I get my season ticket deposit refunded? Chill out people.
  13. Nothing would make me laugh more than if Andrew Luck turned into another Ryan Leaf. What a great bookend to Manning's career that would be.
  14. Congrats on the wedding. We had to save up and pay mostly for our own too, so I feel ya. Will definitely keep you in mind for the seasons.
  15. But on his bio page he has a picture of himself standing behind Deuce McAllister during Hurricane Katrina clean up in New Orleans! Clearly the guy is big time. [Thumbs down, farting sounds.]
  16. Exactly. Look at Tommy John surgery. It's amazing what modern medicine can do. I bet he'll be back.
  17. They tried to call Roscoe to tell him, but he blew out his ACL on the way to pick up the phone.
  18. I'm looking forward to FA and the draft. For the first time in a while it feels like we get to focus on building and depth rather than plugging fresh holes.
  19. You know, that's another great point. When we finally do get back (knock wood), right of first refusal for playoff tickets will be super sweet.
  20. Nice! Lotsa WNY transplants down here. Just sent you a PM.
  21. We're in! Section 126, row 22. See you guys at the Ralph! (For some of the games anyway.)
  22. On the flip side, I work at UNC and have heard plenty of negative things about Coples. I hope we go nowhere near him.
  23. They also have the kid's sizes on sale. With yesterday's signing of SJ, I picked up his jersey for my 2-year old son for $22. We plan to make the trip up to ROC for training camp this year, and with any luck we'll get to meet Stevie and have him autograph it. Then my boy can hang on to it long after he outgrows it.
  24. Just bumping this thread for the NC guys in particular. My wife and I live in Durham, NC and are considering season tickets to get back up to WNY for probably 2-3 games, and then sell the rest. Our aim wouldn't be to make a profit, but it would be nice to defray SOME of our travel costs in the long run. So when you NC guys go up, do you drive or fly? No direct flights from RDU to BUF or ROC is kind of a pain, especially since we'd be traveling with our little boy. Any other thoughts on your experience as season ticket holders in NC?
  25. Poking around on Twitter, I saw some Bears fan pissed off about this because he was hoping Chicago would pick up Stevie in FA. I gotta admit, fans of other teams saying "dammit" about this move makes me feel good. Let's go Buffalo!
