I have to believe Cundiff is main kickoff guy, and backup place kicker, if Carpenter proves to be unreliable/hurt. Maybe they could sit Dan for a game or two, or something. Not sure... I mean, was Gay really that bad of a kicker? Cundiff kinda sucks... O.o He caught multiple punts inside the 10, I was really confused and kinda angry about it.

I really hope Karlos or Shady is ready to roll this weekend... otherwise our offense is going to be very one dimensional.

Hopefully we extend the season to 17 games, add a bye week, and remove two preseason games... have that odd game be an international game, and every team have one per season, or something. That way teams don't lose home games, there's one less game for players to worry about, and one extra week of rest in the regular season.

It's not just about the amount of penalties, imo, its about the context of the penalties. What do they negate. I don't really remember any Giants flags negating scores, or 3rd down stops, like we seemed to have consistently on the day. But, since I don't have proof, I'll back out on my opinion since it seems I'm in the minority.

I guess we'll agree to disagree... I thought we turned it around pretty well, but kept on setting ourselves back with penalties.

We had multiple touchdowns called back, and gave the Giants a couple first downs after we stopped them, on D. Penalties (deserved or not) definitely lost us the game on Sunday.

If we continue to take on the penalties we are, then I'm thinking 7-9. If Rex can get the team's collective head out of it's ass, then 10-6, or likely better.

Sorry, had to be as general as possible because there's a huge level of nuance... and it'd take way too long to categorize each and every opinion on the topic, since it's broad. But generally speaking, we can go with 'pro gun' and 'anti gun', and I'm not saying that to insult anyone, it's just easier at the moment. There's definitely a crowd that supports more regulations, and there's definitely another crowd that doesn't want any more and/or thinks there should be less. No offense meant.

Why do you think we, as a country, have more criminals and/or mentally ill, compared to other countries? Do you think murders decrease if they're harder to commit (less efficient tools)?

To those of you that don't support gun regulations, what do you propose should be done in order to lower gun violence? Not just mass shootings, but also individual crimes (like those in Chicago, Baltimore, DC, etc), suicides, domestic violence, etc. (Please note, I'm not suggesting gun regulations are the only solution, I'm genuinely curious to hear some solutions from people I don't generally agree with politically)
