  1. What were Ryan Leaf, David Carr, Joey Harrington, Brady Quinn, and Mike Williams ratings?
  2. Just as long as Spiller's favorite song isn't "Cuts like a knife".
  3. Oh my goodness, I am so hurt by your words (sarcasm!). Why don't you go to your refrigerator, open it and grab a slice a cheese, you'll need the cheese for your whine!
  4. Thanks!! The Steelers are trying to get top value for Rapelisberger, which I can't blame them. But, it's going to be a hard sell giving up a Top 10 pick for a guy that has some questionable character issues and will be suspended for 6 games (maybe 4, depending on B.R.'s behavior). IMO, I wouldn't have had a problem if the Bills traded for B.R., he would have stabilized the Bills QB position for at least 8-10 years. But then again, I can't blame them either.
  5. Guess the "Doom & Gloom" will continue, since it's being reported that the Bills are not interested in Rapelisberger.
  6. Good question about Gaither. I think this move would quiet down the "Doom & Gloomers" out there and would help sell tickets.
  7. Yes, Ben has big time character issues and has been accused of rape twice. So the general concensus is that Ben is a pig. But, if the Bills traded away their 1st round pick for him would you be excited for not only the upcoming season, but for the following seasons to come?
  8. LMAO @ "Oh my goodness, Martha uncle freddie died", I love the Jerky Boys. The signing of Jason Taylor, by the Jets, makes sense for the Jets. The Jets went deep into the playoffs and signed a veteran talent (Taylor) for 1 year, to help get them over the hurdle. This move would make absolutely no sense for Buffalo, since Buffalo is not a contender at this time and plan to focus building the team through the draft. If the Bills went deep into the playoffs last year, then I could see the argument on why the Bills didn't try to sign Taylor. As of right now, it would make no sense to sign Taylor, so get over it people! Jerry, another Jerky Boys favorite, Terrorist Pizza:
  9. I would like to see Jamie Dukes (NFL network) reaction, since he bashed the fins fan that had his jaw to the ground when they drafted Ginn in the first round.
  10. The Bills are going to the 3-4 defense and Fat Albert doesn't want to play the 3-4 in Washington. Not to mention his ridiculous salary, his laziness and gets hurt every year. No thanks!
  11. There were reports that Buffalo was looking for a 2nd rounder, with Seattle being a possible destination. IMO, I think the Lions will offer a 3rd round draft pick, which would be good considering the Lions hold the #2 spot. I don't see anyone giving the Bills a 2nd rounder for Lynch.
  12. OMG, you're not kidding. I don't know how many times we've seen 3rd and 6 (and other similar yards to go) and the oppsing offense picks up 7 yards...AAAGGGHHH!!!!! I got so sick of watching that. Likewise, I sure hope that 'bend but don't break' defense is out of here.
  13. Yes the author heavily bashed Jauron, but those problems were Jauron's fault. Also, it just wasn't a play or two that could have won us more games, it was the lack on not being physically prepared, numerous injuries every single year, not enough reps & practice time throughout the offseason, not always playing the best players...IMO, those are all valid points that could have made the difference in winning more games. Yes, even the best coaches in the league do make mistakes, but come on, Jauron & co made mistake after mistake. The biggest mistake was when Levy hired Jauron. The Bills have 5 holes they need to fill: QB, LT, NT, LB & WR. Last year, 4 out of the top 5 picks were starters at some point in the season. If the Bills have at least 3 starters this year out of the draft, then they only need 2 the next year, after that, it's upgrading the stop-gap players and getting depth. IMO, the Bills are not that far off like a lot of people claim.
  14. Good insightful article, though it pained me to have to relive the memories over the last 4 years of how many close games that could have went in our favor. Glad Jauron is gone, after reading how many errors, bad judgments, mistakes, blunders (you can throw them all in there for Dickie), it's surprising that the Bills went 7-9 (3x) & 6-10. I agree with the author, that the Bills could have made the playoffs over the past 4 years if we had a decent coaching staff in here. Jauron is a secondary coach, nothing more. Levy hiring Jauron was a huge blunder on his part and the Bills organization.
  15. You're absolutely right. I feel a lot of players on this team over the last decade (especially during the Jauron era) underachieved due to the horrible mismanagement from the coaches.
  16. Now that Mr. Secondary, Dick "I want a pop warner offense" Jauron is gone, the Bills will get better and will win more of the close games than "The Dick" did.
  17. We went 2-4 in the division last season. Why does everyone seem to think the Pats will still be one of the teams to beat? Their production fell off last year, due to having a younger defense and their O-line not being as good as years past. Plus, Wes Welker had a bad knee injury in the last regular season game. Welker catches 100+ balls a year for the Pats, there's no way he'll be ready for the start of the season. Just look at how long it took Hardy to recover last year. I'm not saying the Pats will be horrible, but they will be beatable.
  18. Good post. I don't see how the Bills could do worse this year, when they were horribly mismanaged and miscoached as bad as they were last year.
  19. "Last Place Assured For Bills, No Chance Bills Not In The Basement" Some people need english lessons. How about "No Chance the Bills make it out of the Basement" I guess if you're illiterate like yourself, then that's ok?!
  20. http://www.realfootball365.com/articles/bills/14827 It's pretty much the same stuff, but I like how the author makes fun of Lynch getting in trouble.
  21. Last year, Wood, Levitre & Nelson were all day 1 starters. Byrd came in later because of injuries, so 4 out of the top 5 draft picks were starters (at least at some point during the season) for the Bills last year.
  22. I read that article on RF365, I'd say Nix did a great job in help turning a 1-15 Chargers team to a 14-2 team in his last season there.
