    OK...I will refrain from referring to the Harbaughs / Pagano-Arians / Tomlin's of the NFL. Chan is not a first or second year coach, as you state. He is a 3rd year coach who makes a multitude of blunders on game day and has not won more than 6 games in a season here. Again, why would we want to continue that?
