    just the dumbest thing ive ever heard. After the game he said he needed to find out why we went away from up tempo, so that tells me he's covering for Dorsey now and is who is responsible for the bad game plans. McDermott isnt getting fired so we need to get a new OC . Side note #MattAraiza yeah ... 😕😕

    Lost 3 and now Bernard is down and Von isn't playing well and oliver has been dingged up as well. Poyer and hyde haven't been at an all pro level in 2 years.

    Not letting the offense do what it does best is an egregious error by McDermott and Dorsey. Them saying they went away from up tempo to "try" other things on offense is a fireable offense.

    For some God forsaken reason we dont stick to the hurry up offense. Josh AND McDermott both said they didn't know why we didn't stick with the hurry up, which means Dorsey is the culprit. We need to stay in 11 personnel and run the ball more and play with urgency. The defense is basically playing backups in the back seven and DT 1

    This is absolutely the problem im starting to think its McDermott and i hate saying that because hes done so much for this team but hes our tony dungy maybe we should hire Eric Bieniemy as HC
