McDermott has made some mistakes but saying he cant lead or coach is the stupidest thing I've seen on this board. McDermott is obviously a great leader as he he got this moribund franchise to believe in the process and changed the entire culture and direction of this team. And obviously he can coach. He just needs to stay aggressive and not sit players for a fumble. I hope we keep both of them ( not saying you ) but so many fans want Beasley gone when its better to keep your best players and get rid of the bottom player on the team. Id get rid of Stevenson over Beasley.

McDermott benching him earlier in the year was criminal, hopefully he learns to not sit his best players when they have a bad play.

We should have won the first regardless. Jones isn't trash but Allen is way better

Really like the aggressiveness from the coaches in this game and hopefully they continue with it. Oline looked good today, apparently the backups are better Defense is still weak on tackling and big runs but not much we can do at this point
