EJ Manuel is a Project it will at least take 2 to 3 years before he can become a starter & he needs the right team to pick him, he is a mid 4th to early 5th pick

Matt Barkley is the Best QB Available I prefer Geno Smith but if he is not available I'd take Barkley if he was, Glennon might sneak up up but he has a lot of competition
