  1. I wish. If only the Browns gave a crap and started Winston again. Putting the ravens as a stand alone game against 3rd stringers was only for MVP controversy. No playoff implications are really at stake for them. The NFL should’ve put bengals vs Steelers early and dolphins vs jets late to create more intrigue. OR my personal favorite just get the playoffs clinched today with chiefs vs broncos early and lions vs Vikings late. That would’ve made today fun. And nfl know football fans are still watching Sunday even if it’s just for seeding.
  2. I 100% think the chargers will win. And I think they’re the ONLY team outside of us that has a chance to take down the chiefs too now that they’re getting healthier. Here’s hoping chargers pull a first round upset
  3. That’s sad to think McD gets a free pass regardless of outcome. Sure hope Josh is playing in that stadium no matter what happens too
  4. Man I hope you’re wrong. He absolutely should be fired if he blows another playoff game.
  5. He was benched because of a “shoulder injury” so who knows. He wasn’t put on IR
  6. Here’s hoping Winston is back 🤞
  7. No idea why the NFL thought people would care to tune in and watch the ravens destroy the Browns unless they wanted the MVP voters to see the Lamar show. DTR is the worst QB I’ve seen snap a ball this season. If Winston was in there it would at least be mildly entertaining to watch. If DTR is in there it’ll be 40-3 and Baltimore will be resting starters at half
  8. Told everyone before the 2024 draft that this was an epic QB class. Penix with a clean pocket is only going to get better
  9. Someone said there is a scenario where the Seahawks vs Rams could actually matter. If that’s the case then maybe they’ll make that one of the Saturday games. If they do thahert maybe that means Cincy and Miami play at 1pm Sunday and Denver 4pm Sunday. Here’s hoping
  10. I agree with you because I’m a bills fan and am all for fairness and it’s ludicrous to give a potential 7 seed the advantage but the NFL won’t care. Hope I am wrong
  11. That’s actually a fair point but the NFL won’t care. They want ratings and money. Also if Denver wins on Sunday, like they should against KC backups, it won’t matter.
  12. Honestly not that scary of a schedule and not much long distance travel. Farthest flight is Houston. Like it a lot
  13. I don’t think that’s as big of a story. A team being in or out of the playoffs is more intriguing and has more people watching Saturday then whether or not a team is a 3, 5 or 6 seed
  14. Bengals vs Steelers Dolphins vs Jets those are your Saturday games with the most intrigue because if Denver plays before them no one will care to watch those games if they win
  15. I would be fine with this but McD would never do that. He plays checkers with missing pieces while Reid plays 4d chess come playoff season
  16. 1. Chiefs 2. Bills 3. Ravens 4. Texans 5. Chargers 6. Steelers 7. Colts That’s going to be the AFC playoffs after the broncos lose next week to the chiefs backups and colts and bengals win out with colts having the tiebreaker Honestly I hope the Steelers win against the bengals week 18 because I think the Jim Harbaugh led chargers as a 6 seed would beat the Ravens round 1 and then beat the chiefs round 2 now that Herbert and Dobbins are finally healthy. The winner of a Texans vs Steelers round 1 has no shot at beating the chiefs
  17. I do agree that McD cost us both the Texans and Rams games but I don’t see any team other than the chiefs beating us in the AFC and that’s only because they have a massive coaching advantage. Josh is going to will us past every other team despite our train-wreck special teams and defense and coaching this time of year
  18. I definitely think the chargers will beat them 3rd time around and healthy. Basically just need them to take down the ravens or Texans first round and they’d face off round 2 most likely.
  19. I’m in the Christmas spirit so I’ll confess I was a hater on Cook. I didn’t like how he had no dog in him and fell down after first contact but man this year he’s a beast! Love our RB room
  20. Yes I agree with this if ravens lose to Texans as well as chiefs beat Steelers. We’re locked into #2 seed in this situation
  21. There is not a trade any team could make that I would entertain. Honestly if the bills ever let Josh walk it’ll be the day I no longer go out of my way to watch the NFL
  22. I’d be all about this. Love the old guy, he’s still got it
  23. Loved it the moment they drafted him. He’s still a rookie, but kid is gonna be really good if they keep a really good offensive line in front of him.
  24. He’s not wrong. Taron is invaluable. Here’s how I’d rank everything after the clear #1 2. Shakir (clutch city) 3. Our starting 3 corners (Taron, Benford and Douglas are exceptional corners when healthy and cover up a lot of the flaws on our D) 4. O line and RBs (cook leading the charge) 5. TE room (don’t want to jinx Knox but he’s catching the ball in key moments!) 6. Bernard (and a healthy Milano) 7. Unselfish WR room 8. Codrington has been reliable Biggest flaws: McD decision making in key moments and inability to adjust his D Special Teams coordinator is absolute trash. Why do we invest so much in special teams The bass investment. The roller coaster is unbearable. Yes he makes big kicks but wouldn’t it be nice if he made the easy stuff so we wouldn’t HAVE to make big kicks later Hamlin needs to be benched. We can’t have Rapp and Hamlin on the field at the same time. I give Rapp a pass because he makes a lot of big plays with his reckless play but neither is even average in coverage and Hamlin may be the worst in the league.
