  1. That's right future (hopefully) bills draftee Dan "The Man" Lefevour will be playing his final Collegiate Game this evening in the GMAC Bowl. Touted as the Best player to ever come out of the MAC, Lefevour led the Chippewas to an 11-2 record and a second straight MAC championship. At 6-3 240lbs, Lefevour has good size and strength, his number speak for themselves with: 12510 passing yds 101-35 td to int ratio 2936 rushing yards and 46 rushing tds decreased sacks every year 36-22-20-15 his 71.07 comp % leads the nation Lefevour has also led his team to double digit 4th qtr comebacks, and I originally from downers grove, ill, so he's not another pansy Cali Boy. A proven leader, with the numbers and skills to perform at the next level, there isnt much NOT to like about Lefevour, think of Tebow but better mechanics and pro ready I firmly believe this kid will be a great pro for whoever drafts him, I can only hope its the bills. So if anybody hasnt seen him play and would like to catch a glimpse of the future tune into the game tonight 7pm.
  2. Well they need to link their source, and then you need to link ur source, and link the agency that handles fox, to double check the same agent angle. Link, link, link
  3. No, no, no Bo knows what Boomer Doesn't know, Bo knows Pros
  4. I know i know, I bet this clown would lobby for Mike Vick to open up a dog park too, cause who knows he may change his mind. I always use boomer esiason as HC, cause his name is Boomer, Coach Boomer, sounds tough
  5. How is following LOGIC, and FACTS running with the pack, the argument for JK as HC is absurd. Having watched football for over 40 yrs. you should well know that the best players dont always make a good coach, and since kelly has never been a coach OFFICIALLY, in any capacity, AND HAS VEHEMENTLY DENIED THE DESIRE TO EVER COACH, it is illogical to think that He would be a candidate for the current head coach position. Nothing in my statement above has ANYTHING to do with "running with the pack", nor does anything from your original statement have anything to do with being a "leader". What you did, simply is create a thread with a rediculous, and logically invalid premise, then defend your illogical conclusion with the open ended answer of "well, he MAY change his mind". YOUR NOT BEING A LEADER, get off the soap box, and quit beating your chest for jimbo, he's not a coach, never will be, just drop it.
  6. ok so I went and simulated a draft, it had us taking baluga, tebow and pike in rds 1-3, then an olb, de, ot, so IDK how much I like this thing
  7. its not terrible to think that when ralph dies the franchise may be in better hands, but its not a guarentee either. Hoping he dies is something different. But the metaphor is a bit offcolor.
  8. Well, there's really no point in complaining about what is already done. We are better off looking forward to the future and speculating on what may be, rather than rehash the past. On the other hand, U are right about some of the personnel stuff. but byrd isnt crippled, just needs some mending, TO leaving isnt a bad thing, and there are some bright spots on this team IMO. The offseason just started, its time to guess, and argue about the future.
  9. Cant argue with results, and Billick got em. biggest mistake he ever made was taking Kyle Boller, but I think he learned a valuable lesson from that, and I believe He is A great option.
  10. I think it friggin hilarious, If you hate stupid boston jerks like I do, you'll probably like it, but everyone is entitled to an opinion
  11. its really hilarious if you read the whole thing
  12. Maybin is a ROOKIE, NOT EVERYONE CAN BE A JARIUS BYRD, patience is a virtue, the kid has an entire offseason to bulk up and earn his keep, jeez
  13. im shocked, but not surprised, and very excited. Let the the era if Bills football begin
  14. its written in a bawston accent, you have to envision hearing it from your favorite obnoxious pats fan
  15. Its a great Article, really shows how important welker is to the pats http://kissingsuzykolber.uproxx.com/2010/0...hhh-broken.html
  16. Most personnel people and scounts dont like TT because of his overall mechanics, which are by all accounts POOR by professional standards. In order to be effective at the pro level, most people agree that ole timmy will have to alter his throwing motion, release point, running style (you cant go head first that much in the pros), he'll have to correct his footwork, learn how to read defenses, because florida doesn't run a read and recognition style offense. So to summarize, as much as the pro people do really love his leadership ability (which centers on his faith), TT simply doesnt have the refined physical tools to start in the NFL right out of college, therefore he does not have a first round grade. What has NOT affected his draft stock is his faith, in a league that "VALUES" high character guys Tebow is every owners wet dream, in that respect, unfortunately, he doesnt stack up physically, yet.
  17. aside from his maturity issues, i dont like his lack of mobility, seems like a drew bledsoe v2.0, and with this oline, that sounds like a recipe for failure.
  18. Lots of good picks in the SD tenure Im cautiously optimistic and excited to see what Buddy can do here the second time around.
  19. The League doesnt, but by forcing teams to play their starters in meaningless (to that team) games it will take money away from the fans who are placing large bets on those games. Its a travesty, and a sham, and a mockery, a travishamockery, and it needs to be stopped, call congress, they can solve this, and the BCS too!!!!!!
  20. This calls for a congressional hearing, what if the odds makers in vegas have a hand in this as well, the whole league is compromised. The NFL cant tell teams which players to start and which ones to sit, its absurd. Besides, what if certain people looked at week 17 at the beginning of the year and put 20 large on the colts opponent. That would ruin my, i mean his/her system. Thats the NFl directly taking income out of somebody's pocket, it's completely unamerican, and if ur unamerican in america, then u can get out.
  21. I pick Cinci 42-35, solely because I like watchin Tebow weep. Seriously, though, it will be a great opportunity to analyze both Qb's. Although I have seen alot of Tebow here in SEC country, the guy doesnt work for me at the Pro level, at least not in the first 3 yrs, cause IMHO he has to either refine, or be retaught all his major mechanics and habits such as read progression, snaps from under center, footwork, throwing motion(compact it), release point. I think he's a great leader, and the willingness to be physical and mobility is a plus, but he's a major project that I dont want the bills to take on.
  22. ok, cool, thanks. Kid sounds like a solid prospect, I havent seen alot of GT games, I only watch the ACC when Clemson is losing. Im just tired of hearing post draft talk with the phrase "try-hard, high-motor" or any combination of those words in reference to defensive lineman, I'd prefer highly physical, physically developed, mean streakin, lots of upside type guys that have a high motor.
