  1. Buffalo Bills not LA Bills. I would have a hard time stomaching that. Probably have to take a couple days off just to put it all in perspective and move on.
  2. It makes me so mad that they were smacked like that. If the niners didn't screw themselves with penalties early the score would have been worse. This defense needs leadership and cohesion. Fire Chan and Dave now. I am begging you Buddy. Are you out there? Please just gather up their stuff and put it in a storage box and fire them. If they were unconscious they couldn't do a worse job or disappoint more. Really, the numbers show it Buddy. Just do it Buddy. We know you are thinking about it and you know you should. Walk to the phone and do it.
  3. I don't care. Let them beat the pretenders but this was the year they were looking for when they started selling this rebuild as a new regime. wait and see. wait and see. blah blah blah. Regionalize the franchise and get new players to change the long term viability of this market. OK. Sweet idea and at least I bought it. Honestly it will even feel good when they beat the AZ pretenders and Tiny Titans. But c'mon what are we looking for here? Respect and wins. This team is EXPOSED!! FIRE CHAN NOW!!! .
  4. Fitz is a liability as a starting QB. Anything down the field is up for grabs or over thrown and the wildcat E to W running is predictable and lame. The defensive scheme is bad and the secondary talent is inexperienced or lacks effective communication. They are confused easily and need more experience together as a unit. This Jackson & Spiller combo is difficult to make work and Chan even said last week that he doesn't know how he will distribute the touches. Either way the highlight was the special teams early and even that was tainted by the holding penalty from Byrd and the inability of the offense to not screw up the short field advantage. Chan, Dave, and Fitz must go. If they can fire Brian Moorman due to inconsistency these guys must go. now not later.
  5. Follow the leader. Chan is where it starts then go from there. Poor old Ralph. He really tried this last time. Thought it would take 3 years even though he knew he would probably not see the 3rd year. We were all seduced. Now it is broken again beyond repair. Real teams don't soil their diapers they fight smart and hit hard. Time to reboot again.. Please let us draft a QB this time. No retreads.
  6. I only hope someone like this purchases the Bills. Check this out my fellow Bills Fan. We deserve this. http://www.forbes.com/sites/briansolomon/2012/09/05/shahid-khan-the-new-face-of-the-nfl-and-the-american-dream/
  7. I would definitely pay you 10$ to make this headache I have go away...I would rather just see Fitz go away. What makes me sick is that Ryan Mallet is just warming up the bench in New England. Why does it seem like every team has something going for it and the Bills just stink. Even the low life Jaguars have a new owner who is committed to keeping the team in place and building it up.
  8. Not so easy this time. It has just been so long. How much more humiliation can we take???
  9. Seems like the Buddy Chan Show has lost the swagger it once had. Cowher would be nice but that warm chair at CBS. Why do we deserve this!? It makes me sick to see the 49ers so good in just the second year of that rebuild and here we are banging our heads against the wall. Heads need to roll at OBD. Again...
  10. THE CLAUSEN MYSTERY Smoke screen is probably the most sensible conclusion here. The Bills have invested a great deal of time looking him over and the organization is going in a new direction. There is no reason to deny or confirm anyone at this point. Time will tell the tale. I was watching some footage of Clausen recently as well and he looks pretty darn good considering he was running for his life 90% of the time and had a bad toe all season. Yes he is a young cocky SOB, but I don't mind that so much really. He is a young buck who is arrogant. Give him protection, a coach that can continue his development, and some targets and let the crazy kid go. 1. I would take arrogant and tough over wimpy and indecisive any day of the week. (Trentative Edwards) 2. He could be the rookie that is cocky and wins early or gets his ass handed to him and gets over it to be a winner. 3. He could fight like a brave and kick the hell out of everyone's doubts. 4. The Bills could take the pass for something else and regret it when they miss out on Tebow or McCoy 5. The Bills could pass and take Big Nasty Players who prop up Edwards and Nix looks like a genius. 6. The Bills could trade for Vick and then take Big Nasty players and Nix looks like a genius. 7. The Bills could trade for Campbell and then take Big Nasty players and Nix looks like a genius. 8. The Bills pass on Clausen, Take Tebow in the 2nd and hit a home run 2 years from now when everything comes together. 9. The Bills throw caution to the wind and take Tebow at 9 and win from day one like some sort of valiant hero saves the world kind of scenario. Tebow becomes the greatest QB to ever live and the Bills win the Superbowl. 10. The Bills take someone that we have never heard of in the late rounds as their new QB and we continue speculating. Basically, anything can happen and reality is stranger than fiction when it comes to the Buffalo Bills.
  11. Call me a geezer. The Kelly years are the high I'm still chasing brother. I know it's bound to happen sooner rather than later. Trade Lynch, pick Spiller, Tebow, an LT, DT, and OLB makes me a happy geezer.
  12. Maybin wants to be a killer and he will be. Like any younger guy (He was one of the youngest players in the league last year) it just takes time for them to come around and now that his position assignment is straightened out he'll take control.
  13. Sometimes it's just to good to be true. That would be the cat's meow. Punch me in the mouth kind of stuff.. Go time.. Ron Burgandy time!
  14. I think it is still an open competition until further notice from Gailey or Nix. Let's face it Nix wants to "see the baby" so whoever the Bills can win with will start. I say let the best man win and if it's Brohm or a mystery pick I hope they kick it up a notch from the jokers who have been throwing for Buffalo since Bledsoe.
  15. There is no doubt that Lynch will get better go or stay. If he goes he will have something to prove to his new team and do well..Can you say McGahee??? If he stays, he gets more productive with a full understanding that in order to get moved he'll have to earn some credibility and some takers..Can you say Owens?? ok not Owens exactly, but you get the idea. Best behavior and going with the plays that are called sort of stuff.
  16. The Ravens were so Nasty last year in that playoff game against the Pats! Talk about killing the giant with no mercy. I would love it if the Bills could get to that level. As for the Jets.. Don't even remind me. Those boys can play. I think they will be a harder match up in the future than the Pats, although the Pats have more draft picks than god this year. Truth is though the Jets have learned how to play as a team with confidence and consistency. That can go a long ways.
  17. Schouman is the best blocking TE on the roster and can compliment Nelson's receiving skills. Probably better than looking to the draft again for a starter quality TE with Nelson still developing into a complete NFL TE.
  18. OFFENSIVE SIDE 1. Solidify the line (LT Draft Priority #1) and running game (if Lynch leaves or doesn't return to form: add depth) 2. James Hardy needs to make an impact (Gailey will have to design ways to get Evans the ball and Parrish involved) 3. Tight End needs to get up and go!! (Get Nelson the ball!! He was a game changer in college) 4. Edwards needs to feel protected and return to some form of consistency while developing a draft pick (????) 5. Stay healthy and score early and often. (The only time I want to see the kicker is for extra points..) DEFENSIVE SIDE 6. Get a monster NT that can kick ass and take names. (Draft Priority #2) 7. Get an OLB that can kick ass and take names. (Draft Priority #3) 8. Add depth at LB and DL rotation to keep fresh legs on the field. 9. Maybin needs to find a way to be productive 10. Stay healthy and get mean and nasty to the core on every down. Eye of the Tiger style never say die kinda stuff.. Looks good to me. If they can do all this the Bills would be in every damn game next year. If not 5-11 on the way..
  19. Hello? Clausen is so much better. This guy Brown is no better than anything on the current roster. If that's the direction they want to go we will see a whole lotta Edwards next year again. Skip him and draft another big body.
  20. Round 1 is all about CJ Spiller. Round 2 is all about Tim Tebow Just not buying that, I see a LT first, but all bets are off if there isn't one there at 9. This draft is going to be interesting. Wish it was going on right now.. The suspense is killer. Just freaking killer...
  21. So true. They flash and burn faster and faster these days. Here's to his success may it be as promising as Freddy's!
  22. Hopefully he will be able to get in that mindset and take it to the next level (aka Fred Jackson). Hope he comes in ready to work. Lord knows his development will be needed when Lynch goes.
  23. Very true. Nix is the man. Love the comment from him last week about hearing about the labor pains versus seeing the baby. Winning and only winning is this man's concern. What a tough son of a b*tch. He could give a sh*t about what we think. He only cares about winning. Can't wait for the draft.
