  1. I think what I am getting at is a bunch of anonymous posters on a forum opining with great confidence on something they actually no little about.
  2. Criminy….I was project manager for Birdair back in the day and was a PM for stadia projects in China, Europe, and Reliant Stadium - Houston. Every stadium will have computer wind model and a 3D scale wind tunnel test done by a firm in Toronto. These tests are obviously integral for stadia design….especially when a roof is involved. The elevation of the field relative to existing grade has zero ultimate bearing….it’s all about the total elevation and shape of the stadium. When any roof is part of the design …the wind load is typically governing for the roof…in uplift. I am sure the architects and engineers optimized the shape of the roof and orientation to minimize wind on the field..
  3. Exactly what education and or professional experience leads you to this conclusion? Elevation has almost no relevance compared to the stadium design. I have been involved with several stadium wind studies.
  4. Good Lord…Did everyone sleep at a Holiday Inn Express? Field level in relation to surrounding elevation is one of a jillion variables that affect the end result of wind at field level….or maybe you have a copy of the wind study completed?
  5. Brady is gonna be a problem!
  6. ^TRUTH….In much the same way the J6 crew was so sick of democracy and voting….you know those congressmen n and senators affirming the will of the people….just couldn’t stand it anymore
  7. I live in Boston….Buffalo has ALOT of things that are WAY better than Boston Public transport to where?…100s millions in train tracks for 15 events a year? If there was a sustainable demand for hotels and gathering after the game that was profitable …it would exist now…
  8. $1.5 Billion and a brand new stadium isn’t nice? A stadium in OP …or Downtown for that matter…doesn’t warrant or would be able to support plazas, tons of retail, tons of restaurants…like a Sofi….or Nashville. It is almost like they had a ton of qualified architects, engineers, business and marketing planners make sure they hit the proper balance with the available funds and local ability to support what’s built.
  9. What is the matter with most of you….freaking crybabies
  10. Ya…if that’s so…the niners are wrong about Lance…he is going nowhere… JA is the ultimate outlier
  11. Pick our Super Bowl opponent who Bills gonna beat, win the SB MVP, The Man of the Year, MVP of Reg Season, Time Person of the Year, Nobel Peace Prize Winner...why not?
  12. I think your table suffers from not filling out the rest of the other teams wins losses…So the rest of the league is that bad?
