He is a Star, flat out releasing him would be devastating. Consistency, we have to keep our coaches, coordinators intact for a long period. Enough with the 3 and out philosophy. The "lifers" and their accounting issues. Ever notice year 3 of coach and they sabotage the roster, no chance of success. These issues will iron out with Pegs, but will take a few more years.
