When working on tight conditions and because ofy stature I almost always wear "head protection". My hair is thinning and the slightest knick blood comes pouring out. In summer I wear my welding beanie, in winter a stocking cap.

Buffalo/Niagara Falls is #1 radio market for AM

Me either but I can pick it up often. Over the Appalachians, of all things. On some mornings in the winter it's about as clear as it is in Erie. I couldn't get it in Toledo - not without extending a giant antenna through our attic - but I can get it here regularly. I always wait for the commercials to assure me it's right. I mean, to be fair, john wawrow is much more personable and relatable as a name than "delete this account." 😁 -

Every good leader and management situation has a system built to sustain success and improvements with turnover. Remember all the FO people we lost and Beane kept winning? People said losing Dan Campbell and Joe schoen was a huge loss, it wasn't. People said losing 3-4 of these key guys would ruin us. It didn't We lost good coaches - Daboll and the scapegoat ST coordinator last year - that hurt. We lost Chad Hall this year and moved on from Frazier. We added some dudes but the head of the snake is still the same. McDermott should have been toast last year and it would have been insane but I wanted him gone with Daboll moved up. -

*Slow clap* if success is measured by getting almost there history would be written so much better. The Bills were the best team 90-95. The Pistons were as good as the Bulls in the 80's. The Mets are on par with the Yanks. Germany didn't lose WWII (after bombing pearl harbor). Almost there isn't successful in the sports world. Maybe taking the second prettiest girl to the prom is ok in life, maybe having a fully loaded Kia is as good as an entry level Mercedes to some, having 5" is as good as having 7" to others (of insulation in your attic); having everything come up short of the best is ok in many facets of life except where it isn't. Sports is where it isn't. -

mcdermott is a chump and should have been fired last year with daboll being put to HC with understudy Dorsey. frazier kicked to the curb and someone else with original ideas brought in, especially knowing we were losing our "star" LB who made our defense work, supposedly. -

I do not think the Bills PR does that good with PR. They're lucky they're in a small market with passive journalism. They have a stranglehold over the media. If this was LA, NY, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, or maybe even Detroit or Washington. Dallas has a strangle of their media, too. It's annoying. The ball washing and boot licking of the Bills is worn out.

i do not discredit anything you're saying. i think josh is a bona fide celeb in WNY and a lot more scrutiny is done of him than just an ordinary player.but the local media was mum on both doug whaley being a drunk d-bag and russ brandon being a ladies man hitting on anything that walked by. this was right during the rise of the #metoo movement and ultimately was discovered by the Pegula's. i remember talking to a few girls when i'd go out in buffalo while visiting (back when i was single) and it was well known to some of these ladies that Brandon was out there with young co-eds, etc. there were two girls in particular from grand island everyone knew about. WNY still has some good ol' boy backwoods type stuff going on.

Have we ever disagree? Maybe Geno. That's it, but I never had strong feelings on him.

Has anyone seen tears for fears in their tipping point to tour? I am considering a way to go see it or the cure tour going on? I really want to find a way to go see that one

tried to watch she hulk but felt like some sort of ally mcbeal girlie girl crap wakanda forever is hard to follow because it's literally sooooo dark. i can't stand that about that series - the lighting is terrible! my old eyes miss some of that stuff and it brought down end game for the same reason in some of the battle scenes. moonknight was fun. punisher was like john wick. hawkeye and ms marvel were fun. haven't seen new guardians yet

In many places here in Greensboro I can pick up wgr. Sometimes the station on 550 am out of Statesville North Carolina overpowers it, and that station is only 70 mi away straight line. The most the time wgr can be heard -
If they are dying trees, there's a reason they're called widowmakers. The wood is not consistent throughout the tree, in some cases it's only the sapwood holding it up and that is unpredictable. If you know any good old boys with a chainsaw they may be capable of doing it, but if you never done it before there's no reason to jump into it. Especially if you don't have the saw already. If you're going to just get a Lowe's chainsaw for 400 bucks you're better off just paying someone to cut them down. It'll cost more than $400 but the time will be the savings. A cedar tree is pretty tough to cut down and because of the foliages it is susceptible to any gust of wind making it more unpredictable. They also weigh considerably more than the average tree with a very thin profile causing all of that weight be very focused. This is not allowed for a very easy control fall in some cases.

Head laceration, concussion, missing a square inch of flash on the top of his head, bilateral collapsed lungs, only one broken rib, but a broken sacrum, a broken foot, and several broken vertebrates, and completely crushed T9. No surgery needed, thankfully.
