  1. I second your thoughts. I too would love to see Brohm be given the chance to excel. If he fails, then everyone will accept the result we won't be pulling for Marangi.
  2. LOL, you're always too serious. At least your not the dope with post about the Bills song. I can count on reason and soundness with you.
  3. It's actually Travis Henry's fifth kid. He lost the other four.
  4. Heck, everyone thought the Baltimore Colts were safe and the Cleveland Browns. You can't judge these things, people with money and power make decisions behind closed doors and they could care less what the taxpaying fan thinks.
  5. Unfortunately, I think you're right. Too bad, Brohm showed...dare I say it, poise.
  6. People like him are flotsam.
  7. There always has to be one logically man to ruin the discussion.
  8. Not with boneheads like mellaman online. The guy needs an optirectomy first.
  9. You must be masochistic.
  10. Anything better than a 7-9 season is good with me. Squish the fish and smear the cheatriots.
  11. We can use cheatriot oil and make is slide in better.
  12. Real classy, they could use this on Chippewa St....
  13. Scott, you over did yourself. The site looks great and it certainly moves TSW into the 21st century. GREAT JOB!
  14. Unlike the fans, the team doesn't care much about the old rivalry or even the new ones. They just want to win. For me and my house, SCREW the FISH!
  15. I think everyone is intrigued by Trent in training camp. He does have a good arm, and shows it off. But once the defense starts hassling him, he gets really nervous and screws up. I agree with you, I'm not sure who the answer is, but at least Brohm keeps the chains moving...barely. Bring in Marangi!
  16. The dropped ball happens to everyone, and I'm sure he was very nervous being placed in that position. He was pretty stable last year, and I hope it is not a sign of things to come. Once he settles in, I think he'll do fine.
  17. Jackson came from Coe College, which I think is Division III. Marshawn's off-field antics ahow a side to him that is very disconcerting. He can provide intense, exposiveness (both on the field and off), but isn't consistent. Give the kids with heart and a desire to move beyond themselves. Spiller is still rough around the edges, but wow, very exciting to watch. The other two are players with great drive and a desire to excel.
  18. Sven, I agree with you there. Trent has a great arm, no argument. He is probably a pretty smart guy, but he is terribly gun shy. When he is pressured, he chucks a quick outside pass for 2-3 yards, and hopefully doesn't get sacked. He does not pass outside of the 4 yd line. I don't think he can read the field and the coverage well. He did well his first year, then its been the same stuff since then...checkdown, or go down. I'm not saying Brohm is the answer, but he showed he is capable of moving the chains and keeping the drive alive. His quick passes seem to spread the field, without getting flustered. Fitz does well too, but seems slower and not as accurate as Brohm. Trent doesn't appear to have the vision necessary to make these passes. He does have a great arm, and I'm sure that is why all the coaches each season pick him as #1, but as soon as real marauders cross the line scrimage, they see first hand what the rest of us cringe at...Trent running outside and throwing the ball short.
  19. Trade Marshawn and keep Bell. Bell, Spiller and Jackson play with heart. Marshawn, sometimes plays with heart, most times, he just plays with himself.
  20. I hope your right, because they suck now. They can't tackle and don't seem to understand the basics of punt blocking. It makes the Music City Miracle look like great coverage.
  21. Trent always good when nobody is trying to plant him in the ground. The boy is gunshy and I don't think their is anything, anyone can do about it.
  22. His right eyebrow never moved! Bell's palsy anyone?
  23. That was hilarious! I haven't laughed that hard in a while. They should have specified Dolphins fans first.
  24. After all the quasi years of Mularkey and his trainer, then Club Jauron who thought working out, meant running a few laps in the indoor track, these guys are just out of shape. Chan is making them work, it's going to hurt and people will eventually build up the core muscle groups to eliminate that. No more pilates for these guys.
  25. I'll grant you that, you were one of the more positive posters who didn't throw in the towel. I, on the other was a towel thrower. I've lived through the AFL years, and the horrible 70's and early 80's, and thought here we go again. Thankfully, the Bills show promise; something that has been lacking for over a decade. Keep up the positive comments. I always enjoy reading your posts.
