  1. I asked the same question before. ESPN says we don't, but I think they just didn't give us Philly's pick.
  2. I have to think that we have more than enough offensive linemen. How do they fit in? I have no idea. But the FO better know, since they spent two first day draft picks on them. Bell Walker Butler Hangartner Wood Levitre McKinnie ... B. Rodd? (joke) Does Butler kick outside? I don't know. But at some point you have to address OLB and TE, and you're running out of time...fast. There are FA OLB's out there. Not the case at TE. Go get Coffman, but do NOT give away 2010 picks.
  3. Because Ingram has serious, serious medical red flags. I'll take my chances with Coffman that we can teach him to block. He had almost 1000 yards receiving last season. And I'm glad Cook is gone. Good luck with him, Jeff Fisher.
  4. Everyone is available, more or less. I think Pettigrew is the only one that's been taken, besides some guy named Richard Quinn (who I've never heard of). McShay seems to think there's going to be a run on them sooner, rather than later, though, and I think we don't pick again until #121.
  5. That's the first video link I've posted, actually. That's certainly fewer than the 2341352712 threads about McShay and his man-love for Maybin.
  6. According to ESPN, we don't pick again until the fifth: http://espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=buf. Don't we have an extra fourth rounder from Philly? I'm confused...
  7. Mike Mayock disagrees: http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80ffb163 Did we just spend the #11 overall pick on a 3rd down pass rushing specialist???
  8. True. And maybe the FO knows something we don't about other players at other positions (Bell, Fine). If so, I'll be happy to be wrong. But we didn't address OT, we didn't address TE, and we didn't address OLB. Oh, and we no longer have a third round pick, so the TE's are gone. Is Ellison starting at OLB? Fine at TE? Bell at OT? I hope these guys know what they're doing. Methinks they don't.
  9. It wasn't a Bills pick, but Bandit27 called the Heyward-Bey pick. I was stunned when I heard it. Give credit where credit is due.
  10. No one was saying McKinnie was a starter. But now you've got four players (Hangartner, Wood, Butler, Levitre) for three positions (LG, C, RG). Again, I hope the FO knows something we all don't, but like the Maybin pick (wtf??), I just don't think they do.
  11. Too bad Aaron Maybin is a DE in a S body. Good luck with that. He played at 234 lbs., mind you.
  12. Please spare me THAT comparison. Freeney ran a 4.38 at Indy. Maybin ran a 4.9. There's no comparison. The Bills blew it again. Go to !@#$ing Toronto for all I care.
  13. You shouldn't. Aaron Maybin is going to bust. !@#$ you, FO.
  14. I !@#$ing hate the Buffalo Bills. You passed on Orakpo, Pettigrew, and Brown for...Aaron Maybin. !@#$ you, Russ. Seriously, !@#$ you.
  15. You know there's an 'e' in "be", right? FWIW (and it's not much), Tom Jackson just called Orakpo a "guaranteed success"...whatever that means. Man I hope we take him...
  16. How is Orakpo a 'tweener at 6'3" 260?? He outweighs Schobel by 15 lbs!
  17. From what I've seen of Tyson Jackson, he's slow. Maybe quick for a DT, but if I'm taking a DT - since it isn't such a high priority right now - I'm taking Raji. Otherwise I think you have to do DE. Tyson Jackson just isn't high on my list.
  18. Did you just call me cute??
  19. Why not? He fills a need. I know the man-love for Raji is pretty intense on this board, but DT isn't as much as a need as DE is. I don't know who I'd take between Raji and Orakpo, probably Raji. But I really like Orapko, even if he is from UT. Raji doesn't really fill a need especially with the talks of bringing Big John Henderson in (who knows if that'll actually happen) and having a pretty good DT tandem already and having ZERO pass rush off the edge. Now if we take Oher over either of them I'll lose my sh--.
  20. Not necessarily on both accounts. He very well might slip to #28. There is a ton of posturing going on here, and teams in front of us have needs to fill too. Atlanta just traded a second round pick for Gonzo, I think trading up with them in the first wouldn't be out of the question for Pettigrew so that Baltimore doesn't get him. It could only take a 3rd rounder next year to do it too. Just food for thought...
  21. He's great as long as they don't block him.
  22. I really don't think Crabtree goes to Seattle, not with the Housh signing. They went, what, 4-12 for a reason, and it wasn't just the lack of WR's. But who knows at this point...
  23. I would normally agree with you - especially since I've developed this man-crush on Orapko - but Curry is generally regarded as the best defensive player in the draft, bar none. I don't like to give creedence to silly pre-draft speculation like this, but I think if he's there you have to take him. OT, DE, and TE can be filled at #28, #42, and #75 in no particular order.
  24. Too bad he doesn't tackle the QB when he still has the ball...
