The point that Vick was an average QB at best is crazy. So many ppl want to treat him like he is 2nd or 3rd stringer or even a rb or wr. Let me tell you this. If I had a chance to add a playoff winning qb, with a cannon arm, top notch scrambling skills, former 1st overall pick under the age of 30. I would not pass up on that. Can you imagine how good Vick would look in that Dolphin offense? By the way, thanks for only taking part of my post and trying to make an argument.

You are people are crazy. You are so big on Trent Edwards but then you go trash Vick. If Vick is a guy who can run with poor passing skills and is a backup at best then what the hell is trent? How many times did Vick win football games? Did he not make the playoffs? If I am not mistaken, he may have even made an nfc championship game? He probably made the pro bowl as well. All of you stat geeks out there need to take off those big glasses and understand that there is more to the position than stats. I am not saying Vick is a great QB and I am a Trent Edwards fan myself but if I had a choice between Edwards right now and Vick before he went to jail, there is no way in the world I would take Trent Edwards. Marshawn Lynch is argubly the best player on the team........I like Fred Jackson as much as the next guy but you are crazy to think he should be the starter over Lynch......and I don't care what the circumstances are.....I like how the Bills rotated the two last year and they should stick with it......Rhodes is strictly insurance.....I dont know how good his hands are his blitz pick up but if they are good maybe he can get some run as a 3rd down back

I became a bills fan during that year of that first super bowl and been a fan ever since.....so in my eyes...those 90 teams were loaded with talent and great football teams......I just thought that their secondary was the weak link

good poll question by the way This is tough.....they both were very similiar....I think JP had more natural gifts than RJ......JP had the stronger arm, quicker feet but his accuracy.......I think RJ had slightly better accuracy .......both of their pocket presence was dreadful....I think I would go with RJ for two reasons.....for one, like the other guy said, RJ left that playoff game a winner and for two...for all the bone head plays that both of them made, it seems to me that JP mad more bone head game costing plays than RJ

Let's look at it this way.....when that 11th pick came around I am sure we ALL wanted a DE.....we got a DE.....when that 28th pick came around, we all wanted a quality OL.....we got a solid center.......so for the first round you have to give them a B+.....2nd round...that is really really confusing drafting a 4.7 running CB....and I dont care about this FS crap....so 2nd round I give them a D

Donte Whitner is going to be the FS.....and B Scott did a good job as a SS.....this pick was not needed ....especially when you see the OT talent that was on the board......stupid freakin pick....stupid......they obviously must have alot of faith that walker and chambers can holdup at tackle

I don't like the pick......I am tired of these undersized DE.....look at Chris Ellis...the kid they drafted last year 3rd round...another undersized DE....he didn't make any noise......

good points on Peter and Butler.....and yea..the Gholston thing scares me too.......if we were to take Petigrew, it would have to be with the last 1st round pick....11 is way to much of a reach......let me throw out two names that people just seem to sleep on......Derrick Fine and Chris Ellis (last years 3rd rounder) I haven't heard Ellis mentioned at all......can he make an impact? After all, he is supposedly a pass rushing specilist.. Derrick Fine just didn't get enough time out there.....I think he can be a solid starter....what is so bad about him that people seem to think we need a tight end that bad

I say offensive line....when you look at the Bills Dline....they have several former 1st and or 2nd round picks....think of Stroud, Kelsay, Denney and Shobel...... Look at the Bills Oline and you don't have one guy on that bunch that was drafted in the 1st or 2nd round....I dont even think you have a 3rd rounder in the bunch.... Forget all this tight end business, the bills should spend their first three or four picks on both lines.....with their first round pick, I say the bills should draft DE E Brown if none of the OT's are available....with the other 1st rounder, get pettigrew if he is there, otherwise get Unger or another highly rated OT......2nd and 3rd round should be spent on drafting The best line talent you can get (preferably on offenese) Now what do you think??

I dont get it....JP Losman wanted out of Buffalo because he lost his starting and he didn't want to be a backup...........but the only attention he is getting is as a 2nd or 3rd stringer....he should have just stayed in Buffalo....I am sure if he had a positive attitude about playing for the Bills they would have kept him

This is a trade that I think both sides lose......Philly will over pay for a J Peters and the Bills should have gotten a little more compensation....I would have liked to have seen the bills get the higher first round pick this year, and a 3 this year and a 6th next year......but thats not a big difference from what the bills actually got......but how will line look now????? Whitner is a good player on a not so good team....simple as that ....is he great? of course not does he have potential to be a pro bowler based on what we have seen? Let me ask you this way, if you had a choice between Roy Williams and whitner, who would you take? Thank you.....and by the way, the Lions drafted a SS right after whitner that year...what was his name? How is he doing? JP was a terrible pick...no defending that one....and I guess the league thinks so as well.....he is still out there....he may be at on Bills sideline for one game next year.....and that game is when the bills play in Toronto and JP decided to visit because he will already be up there playing BACKUP for the toronto cfl team

Agreed......not sure I would show boot him out the door but I would damn sure show it to him.......Personally, I think Denney makes a few more plays than Kelsay and to suggest that this guy will make a pro bowl??????
