I'm not objecting to due process. But what legal actions and procedures constitute sufficient due process? It requires some examination of specific "use cases" or specific situations or circumstances. So for starters, can we agree that individuals that entered the United States without following the law pertaining to required Customs and border procedures (so called get-aways), or provided false information about their identity or their reasons for entering the country, or failed to show up at scheduled and required hearings or check-ins with immigration, or committed a crime while in the United Statue, or lied about past criminal violations in other countries or are attempting to avoid criminal prosecution in those countries for violations such as murder have violated the law and once it has been established those violations have been committed a valid deportation order can be produced and due process is satisfied?

I'll wager your priority wouldn't be concern about the rule of law if these scumbag criminal gangs set up shop next door to your home.

What never occurs to them is the best and easiest way to evade ICE is to obey the law.

The far left run an extremely active and effective propaganda machine that gets their base to actually believe that every action or decision made by the departments and agencies comprising the executive branch are based solely on political or personal associations or reasons. And the practice, while to some degree was always present in some form with the government, was invented when this administration took over.

So you're equating religious faith with gang membership? Okay then. And I didn't say we're at war. I simply disproved the belief there is some Congressional requirement of a declaration of war to send the US military into conflict with some foriegn entity. In my reference to Afghanistan Bush was after al Queda terrorists after 9/11. So again a president declared a group a terroist organization and sent the military after them. Don't get you panties bunched about Trump having access to these powers like he recently wrestled away control of some Congressional authority. Bush, Obama, to name two did it before. Neither party in Congress pushed back on the intrusion to their authority. In fact Obama is famous for ordering drone strikes on terrorist targets in Pakistan with no concern about collateral damage. Quite ironically, the Nobel committee soon after saw fit to award him their Peace prize.

Congress didn't declare war on Afghanistan or Vietnam to name a couple, so we've established precedent for fighting wars without an official declaration. So case not closed. Also our military is currently engaged with the Houthi's and I don't recall any declarations or discussions within Congress. Threats being made against Iran and nuclear installations. Any declarations there?

I didn't even want to mention it but this is also tied into the Mexican cartels, their corrupt beyond any reasonable doubt government, and the CCP sponsored fentanyl drug production and transport network. Aided by gangs like MS13 doing the street level work here in America. Protected by foolish and suicidal Democrats and their idiot followers through their keep a gang member in the country project.

After a couple months of all the experts doing mock drafts on which teams will pick which players we get the actual draft and a couple more months of all the experts telling us who did the best and who didn't. Every team will tell us they love their picks and how the process played out for them. And then at the end of the day in the AFC, at least, the Chiefs, Bills, Ravens will win their divisions again with the AFC South a contest between the Colts and Texans.

From what I understand China has already taken over Canada. Or at least taken over the political leadership. The CCP and Triads operate extensive drug and gambling rackets in major cities such as Toronto and Vancouver. With money laundering operations aided and facilitated through banks such as TD. Most likely some major US banks too. All this under the nose of the political leadership. Whether officials are complicit or negligent, take your pick.

I'm not sure one way or another about Hegseth and his conduct because for one, I don't trust the sources pointing out indiscretions. To say they hate the Trump administration is an understatement. They lack objectivity. Saying that I'm not arguing proponents of the administration do. But it clear to me that given the time bound nature of this "secret" plan the value of the information to any nefarious actor went to useless once the attack was executed. About as useful as an offense's play call would be to a football defense telling them the play is a screen pass after the play was over.

When I heard the news the Pope had passed, my first thought was the next far-left conspiracy story will be JD Vance killed the Pope during their meeting using a biological weapon he received from Vlad Putin during a secret meeting at the airport in Rome. All uncovered by the crack reporting staff at the NY Times and Politico.

It is correct to conclude China will invade Tiawan. To gain control of advanced chip making technologies for starters. At a time their miltary is stronger and ours is weaker. If we do nothing now defeat is guaranteed. In the past decade China has built out their Navy with a large domestic ship building industry. What exactly do you think America's ship building capacity is after most domestic heavy industry has been moved offshore? More or less nothing.

Trump trusted those experienced people under his first term and all they did was undermine the policies and objectives of the administration. Officials like good friend of Robert Mueller Barr, warmonger Bolton, Samantha Powers. All deep-staters and neocons. Pushing the agenda of the administrative state. All with experience, of the wrong kind. So some people under the 2nd term have little experience. But they appear to all be on the same page and not deceitful and back stabbing saboteurs like the cast from term one. What I will never understand is why Trump trusted those people in the 1st term because anyone paying attention knew exactly what they were all about.

One problem is the mission of these leftist news agencies is to publish stories derogatory to the administration. Not so much inform the public of the truth. Purposefully and curiously, these stories always seem to be provided to "journalist" from anonymous and unverified sourcing claiming improper actions. And many times either the journalist or the sources fabricate false claims and lie. So it shouldn't be a surprise this constant flow of anonymous stories are looked at with a degree of skepticism by a lot of posters. I think its fair to say that if the stories are true then the secretary should face discipline leading to dismissal. But if its not true then the journalists and the approving editors printing the story should be forced to reveal their sources (if any really exist) or face jail time. And actions should be taken against the offending news agencies or sites publishing false stories. Anonymous sources providing fake stories should also face the law. Anyone concerned primarily with the truth should see this as fair.
-
The administration needs to assign an independent investigator to determine if a security violation has been made and then take the appropriate action. If the Secretary did indeed set up a second chat group on a non-secure phone he should be fired or resign. Such poor judgment disqualifies him from the position. But if the allegations prove to be false the journalists filing the story should be pursued for investigation and potential criminal charges. At the least questioned about their sources. And if there are real people providing false information to the news outlets they should be arrested too. Its one or the other here.

Trump ❤️ Tariffs
All_Pro_Bills replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Markets are down and given rich people own the majority of financial assets like stocks and bonds the implication is rich people are losing a lot of money. So unless you hold gold or gold mining stocks or have money in emerging markets or other currencies that's not what's happening. The dollar is intentionally being devalued in order to shrink the cost advantage of operating in other countries. The downside is it makes foreign goods more expensive. But that's the idea. -
China sees no such opportunity. China sees a threat from the US actions aimed at isolating them economically and politically.

A weaker dollar is an intentional result of the administration's "plan". -
Trump’s glorious Golden Age of America is here
All_Pro_Bills replied to Homelander's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I'm sure it's going to work out great. With the consent of their governments the Triads and Mexican drug cartels already have a mutually beneficial partnership so executing this deal should be seamless. -
Chinese products are inexpensive for a reason. In most cases, low quality. Cheap materials and poor quality components and parts. The stuff breaks easily and doesn't last very long. Add in almost no concern for the environment, the use of toxic substances, exploitation of workers, etc. My old US made washing machine lasted 21 years before somebody over-loaded it and broke it. My new one made in China had to be serviced 3 times in 7 years. Poor quality and specs for short life expectancy. Using medical services, I'll offer you a gall bladder operation with Dr One at $2,000 with an expected survival rate of 99.5%. Or a cheaper option with Dr Two at $500 with a survival rate of 75%. Is Two better because it's "cheaper"? Quality matters I think.

Critical thinking like when some posters here questioned our involvement in Ukraine and your ideological brothers and sisters on PPP said we were appeasing Putin? I didn't come away feeling my challenging the crowd was embraced.

Trump court cases, he keeps losing. Scoreboard
All_Pro_Bills replied to 4th&long's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The court didn't rule illegals can't be deported. Just not under then Enemies Act. This ruling appears to be correct given the intent of that Act. The ruling sets some parameters but it won't end deportations. -
Bills Draft Strategy vs the Consensus
All_Pro_Bills replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Either a game wrecker DT or a shutdown CB in round 1. Beane and the staff must hit on this pick. Its got to be a day one starter. I think the 2 or 3 stars on both sides of the ball, rather than 5 or 6 above average guys has merit. An example in another sport is the Penguins. Crosby, Malkin, and Latang with dozens of supporting players coming in and going out over 20 years.
