The Moss pick was just horrible. Of the 28 rbs who ran at the 2020 combine Moss had the 4th slowest 40 time but somehow went in the 3rd round. Hes a combination of slow and no power. Hes averaging 3.4 yds per carry. Motor 4.6. When veteran rbs ypc average is 3.4 its usually when they are fazed out or retire.

What worries me going forward is the cap. I look at next year and see we have around 13 million in space, Cut Klein maybe you get you to 18 million. On the DL alone guys not signed for next year include: Hughes, Addison, Butler, Harrison Philips, Justin Zimmer, Obada, other FAs include Levi Wallace, Sanders, McKenzie, Breida, Trubisky. Wallace's market value is 5.7 mil, Trubisky is making 2.5 mil. I just dont see a lot of space and thats a bunch of people to replace with not much for FAs and a normal draft. Let alone improve the lines, finding a 2nd TE, finding someone better than 3.4 ypc Moss, etc.

I dont blame the D either, Poyer and Hyde have been the heart and soul of this D for a long time. A special team play gave the O a 13 yard field that led to our TD, other than than the offense really let this team down. Not being able to convert short yardage killed this team this year. Think the end of the Titans game and the fact we had first and goal from the 7 and couldnt get it done.

When you have first and goal from the 7 and cant hammer it in, at home it says it all. Its says Daboll cant design a running game, that Beane is fooling himself with these runningbacks and Bobby Johnson isnt coaching anyone up. BB would of had no problem getting 7 yards on 4 tries.
