  1. If we did not give up like 350 yards per game on the ground I would agree perhaps. Right now sounds a lot like the Spiller pick, and Magahee Pick, and the Evans pick, and the Lynch Pick, and the Losmann pick where we went for skill/talent choice over size and need.
  2. Great photos. I became a Bills fan in 1963 as they detroyed the NY Jets at old Shea Stadium in the first football game my dad took me to. Everyone with us was jets fans as we got free tix from Leon Hess as guys in my neighborhood worked at the Hess oil refiner where I grew up in NJ. Only thing was after seeing Gilchrist and the Bills destroy the Jets is that I was hooked on them and have never stopped in 47 years. Now my 2 boys also are hooked and we go to Buffalo once a year in addition to NJ when the Bills are in town. Great photos of the old goal posts on the goal line. Those were the days. I also remember the game that the opposition claimed that Gogo was offsides on his KOs and the refs called it twice or so one game as his plant foot was over the 40 yard line on his plant. Not sure if this was 1964 or 1963. Rememeber Tom Day extending his arm to the QB after a sack to help him up. Those were the days of Tracy, Jacobs Stratton, best LBs ever. Sestak, Day, Dunaway, Byrd, edgerson, Saimes, etc. real tough players who played for pride , not $.
  3. You do relaize we would be ten times better as a team if we chose his picks the last 10 years don't you. I trust him more than our braintrust, that's for sure. How sad is this?
  4. As sad as it is Kelsay is our best DE in a 4-3 alignment and williams is our best DL and best in a 4-3 as a DT so I can see why we want to go to a 3-4. I say draft Dareus and play him , troup, Willams and kelsay and rotate in Edwards and some other big guy, ie Carrington and go with it. Has to be better than what weve been like.
  5. But this is what we do. we draft Cs and play them at guard. DE and try and convert them to LBs. we always do this so it is not out of our rehlm to continue so. Yeah and Jason sehorn of the Giants wasn't athletic enough to play Cb beacuse he was whit e also? LOL. Not too biased, are we?
  6. Sadly, he'd probably be our biggest OLB. That is if Merrimen is hurt again. I say go big on DL.
  7. We give up over 200 yards per game rushing and we want a DB or WR???? WTF?
  8. Yah, we could have a freshman bowl, a soph bowl and then a junior bowl so everyone is happy. LOL. Reward the seniors for staying 4 yrs and give them the recognition/honor. Keep as it is. Learn to scout and stop complaining.
  9. I'd rather pay 9 mill a yr for Ngata who might be free.
  10. i say send him for a 3 month off season vacation to dominica and meet with arod's cousin youri and learn about mr bolli LOL!
  11. That Modrak is still employed by the Bills in any scouting capacity worries me. Should have been first guy Buddy had replaced.
  12. Guy does not look thick enough to me to be a strong ball tackler in a 3-4.
  13. Hali, LBfrom KC and Ngata(NT) from Rabens are both FAs according to Sporting News. Maybe we could sign both and shore these 2 spots up immediately.
  14. Hve t o agree that I would have loved him to be our coach and we would be competing like the Jets as a big tough team and his loud mouth would be tolerable. But againmst us he rubs me the wrong way. The guy does motivate and know talent however.
  15. If we had hired Rex instead of keeping Juron he could have been ours and us now the Jets.
  16. Especially after last year drafting spiller and troup 1 and 2 we can trust him, that's for sure.
  17. Great move. I would like him to be def coordinator though.
  18. We trade our 1st pick at 3 to Vikes at 12 and pick up their second rounder. They take the QB they need at 3, be it Camster or whoever.
