Cowher is definitely coming to Buffalo to coach the Bills.
Things change all the time, but from what I hear, he will be the head coach, unless he does not want the job, or the Bills do not make him an offer.
yeah, an ACL tear is very painful for a short while, then doesnt hurt much... you can even put weight on it just minutes after, you just wont have much stability
Cowher would make the Nix thing seem very smart.
Nix does the dirty work and the homework, while Cowher assesses the onfield product and determines what kind of players are needed. Cowher could still be the GM in a way, but not have most of the work load. Sounds like a great situation and i would definitely be on board
they say these things because they know the pulse of the fans, as the CEO is a marketing guy. Once they take the field next year to one failure after another, itll be the same thing and maybe that is when they will pull the fire Modrak/Guy card.
how many times in the PC did I hear the distinction between marketing guy and football guy? It was like I was listening to them address the message boards
it sounds like we had a very good, maybe great college scout/director. Doesnt mean he will be a good GM. GM wasnt a good position for Marv and he was a good, maybe great head coach. It would be nice to have a good GM come in from the outside and allow Nix to focus on what he has been doing best for a long time
past track record with Wilson/Brandon at the helm.
Another old man. The other interviewees were also internal guys who have had a huge hand in this predicament. Almost shows the only intent is to reorganize the chairs on the Titanic
I dont understand.
supposedly, we dont know who our GM will be yet.... But somehow, the media knows who this GM who may not have even interviewed yet will select to be quarteback of this team.
it sux we have New Orleans and Indy.. plus nobody else in the Division with a bad record (and the other AFC Division we are playing dont have bad records).
