  1. I'm thinking Ducasse soon and Ivory after the draft. Bodine is a serviceable back-up, Murphy is an ok player, I'd give Murphy and Star another year and the s will be Shady's last year in Buffalo anyways
  2. He's TJ Hockenson and I think he will measure out at 6'5", 255 and if he runs a 4.65 at the combine and shows explosive standing broad jump and vertical leap he will be a sure top 10 pick.
  3. With Charles Clay being released today who else do you think the Bills will release before 3/13/2019.
  4. This guy is total garbage and cutting him saves 2.2 million, but more importantly gets the stench of him off our roster.
  5. Done it in the NFL is important, but equally important is "how you do it", do u do it the context of a team production or do you do it for your own stats and Rep. OBJ, and Brown are selfish "me guys" with crazy cap numbers and are off the field train wrecks. No thank you to either. Nice for fantasy, not much for a successful team
  6. You post possibly in relation to numerical production. But in Hockenson the Bills are getting a Gronkowski play alike who is also a great blocker. He's not going to be a "me" guy Diva the OBJ is and is young and will grow with the young talent being put together.
  7. Older and injury prone. Think I'd prefer Thomas Davis for an experienced back-up
  8. I'd much rather draft Hockenson at 9, Hakeem Butler by trading 2nd and 3rd to move back-up in the 1st and draft a young RB to take over for McCoy in 2020. Add that to Foster, Jones, McKenzie, Croom and a veteran laden offensive line with a new RT, C and G and you have the building blocks of a great offense.
  9. As the first domino in the QB market fell yesterday what is the implications to the Bills and potential trade down options. QB Possible destinations: NY Giants - have Eli, Haskins is best QB in this draft but Murray is very tempting. Jacksonville - Cap issues need to be cleared to allow Nick Foles to be brought on Dolphins - Tannehill to be cut, Bridgewater probable pick-up in "two win for Tua" season Bengals - Tannehill reunited with new HC, Dalton trade bait Redskins - Smith out for the year maybe Dalton Tyrod to Ravens to be Back-up for Jackson Looks as though there is no trade down for teams looking for a QB Haskins and Murray go in 1st round, Lock slips to late 1st, maybe Chargers or Patriots Bills stay at 9 and select BPA at position of highest need after free agency
  10. Obvious typo, sorry did one mistyped world confuse you.
  11. Huge Bills fan living now in San Diego, watch the Chargers every week and have seen a not of Corey Liuget. Read on NFL.com that he is going to be released by the Chargers. He is a solid 3 technique DT with penetration skills and could be an excellent addition to our defensive line. In addition he was the Chargers candidate for "Man of the year" for off the field contributions. He's only 28 and could team nicely with Star with the Phillips being the back-ups. Thoughts?
  12. Let's see what we sign in FA and what we do in the draft. If Clay is healthy we get a solid TE who can catch and block and move on in 2020 Cap gain is $4,000,000, unless by some fortunate scenario where the Vikings need Kyle Rudolph's $7,200,000 and release him, Clay is better then anyone available in FA
  13. Jets only have 41 players signed. Some of that available cap space has to be used just to get to 53.
  14. I thought about adding a WR, my preference is Tyrell Williams, but not at $10,000,000 per. Like a high pick draft choice to team with Foster, Jones and McKenzie.
  15. Nice punt by Colton their and btw Hackenberg still sucks
  16. Please tell all of us of the players I've suggested letting go, exactly who would be a significant loss.
  17. How about for the purpose of generating discussion on moves we can make. It seems to be working as I've seen 2 pages worth of responses.
  18. The reason I'm suggesting these cuts will be to be competitive with teams with a bit more money to spend. With the right moves the Bills can compete for a playoff spot next year.
  19. Yes, only the top 51 count, I know that. Do you actually know how many players the Bills have signed for 2019? I'm guessing no you don't.
  20. Hmmmm, my suggested signings cost the Bills $42,000,000, leaving $43,000,000 for next year. Plus the signings give us room to move off the contracts to pay Tre, Josh and Tremaine at market value
  21. For all who are throwing shade my way please give me your plan. It's easy to make snide comments or try and be funny. But how about doing a bit of research. Possibly evaluate who may be available and why. Maybe even look at what other teams may do and how that impacts the Bills. I'm a long time fan, bought my first season tickets at age 7 for the 64 season. Im 61 now and live in California. I study and evaluate opportunities and try to bring interesting topics with useful researched information for all to read, review and comment on. If you can't do the same, please read but don't comment. Thank You
