I see no way Stidham puts up Brady’s numbers from last year. 61% comp. percentage, shade over 4,000 yards passing, and 24 TDs against 8 INTs? I’m a big Josh Allen fan, but we’d be doing cartwheels if that was his passing stat line in year 3. It ain’t that easy, no matter what Belichick thinks he can do. Not like their weapons are vastly different from last year. Happy to eat crow if I’m wrong, but I just don’t see it.
I think this is fair. The numbers seem better than my recollection based of the Patriots games I watched.

That is a long way from best of all time
Yep, but I could see him matching Brady's production from last year.

Decent arm strength, relatively fast, and well coached. I think he will be ok.

He seems like a freak athlete. I wouldn't be surprised.

Our DL depth is fantastic. I can't remember a time when it was better.
But let me ask, Addison doesn't start? The guy's had 39 sacks in the past 4 years.I cant imagine him not starting.

Sadly, I think the Patriots will be good next year. I just hope the Bills are better.

Our D line is already stacked. Absolutely do not need an overrated and overpriced Clowney.
What if it's a 1 deal?

Do the Bills trade up to the end of the 3rd?

If they have an early to mid first round grade on a player I would.

....of all years to stay put at 54 & 86, this is it....
The best RBs are going to go fast. I wouldn't hate a trade up.

My pick for the 2nd round is Joe Burrow. Think of the value!
One unnamed exec said that Burrow is the perfect prospect for round 2-3. Great player but he has a week arm and a short period of college success.

Who cares? Why are some so concerned about them?
It's like too many people around here have grown up as the little brother that was picked on by the Patatriots and are constantly scared of them even though they are about to become irrelevant.
I definitely do not want the Patriots to find a good young QB. They are too well coached. That being said, I have no idea how good Tua will be.

Diggs is our first round pick. We have already gotten a lot of value from this draft.

There is definitely truth to the fact that if Tre was with the Giants he would get way more recognition because of the New York market.
But I do think it has started to come anyway.
I think if he played in a bigger market he would have been defensive rookie of the year his first year and a pro bowler in year 2. He's a known commodity now though.

I'm we have your analysis. Tell me, will teams suffer injuries that will set them back? Will there be disappointing performances from teams? Will any teams catch the public by surprise and be good?
Again, strength of schedule can NOT be determined until after a season has been played.
Yet the Patriots were good every season with Brady. Yes, not all teams meet their expectations. Do you really think that last year's schedule wont be easier then next season's though. The would take more variance than I can imagine.

You don't know how tough a schedule is until after the season is played.
Why don't people understand this simple concept?
If the NFC West and AFC West are bad divisions let me know. They will be good divisions. The AFC East will be improved. I dont need to see the entire season played to analyze how good a team is.

So we regress everywhere. Some reason I don’t see that happening.
Does he do this every year. Would be interesting to see how accurate he is.
The Bills will be a better team but the schedule is much more difficult than last year's. I think most of his projections are reasonable.

Brown has 1 left year on his contract and our WRs are hobbits.

Is Joe Thomas overrated? I hear everyone in the national media call him an all time great. When I watch him play the Bills however, Jerry Hughes makes him look like a rookie 7th round pick. Is he only bad versus Hughes?
-
Everyone knew he was available. O'Brien liked Johnson and viewed him as an asset. From his point of view, he preferred Johnson and a 2nd over a 1st from another team. Most fans and analysts disagree with O'Brien on Johnson's value. Hopkins also wants 20 million a year even though he is under contract for 3 years. Teams didn't want to surrender high draft picks then deal with a holdout or give him a huge raise.
-
He will be fine. I'm sure this was leaked on purpose by teams hoping to draft him.
-
I think he is loved by all but not trusted by some. He's a stand up guy who plays hard, there's really nothing to hate. I think he will be really good. Others think his inaccuracy will prevent him from being a franchise QB.

How many draft picks make the 53 man roster to start the season??

This coaching staff will make these guys win a spot. Everyone drafted from round 4 on is going to have to play well to make the team and the order that they were drafted means nothing.
