I am pretty sure I am employed...and getting ready to retire at the age of 39! Kinda sad how people just wanna cheap shot everyone on this board. The real reason I started this thread is we are so awful this year and years past that I figured this would be fun. Any reasonable person knows that cutting 80 percent of your team isnt possible, however it does point to just how bad we are when most wouldnt even be on other teams practice squad.

I wanna keep Stroud....and Nelson too. Maybe McKelvin....But Poz has been really bad. Did you ever just sit back and watch him play...do me a favor, and just zero in on him from time to time. I have noticed on many occasions when he tries to ruch the passer, he takes the worst angles. And when he tackles, he just doesnt hit hard and gets dragged down the field.

I forgot Byrd!!! I dont know about McKelvin...hes been horrible in coverage.

spiller is doing fairly well...and Troup for our second hasnt arrived yet...but the DT position takes a little time.

Sucks is an understatement....he cant shed blocks and gets dragged 10 yards downfield....all these 1's through 3's are why we are who we are...bottom feeders.

Thats not an easy change....creative yes I agree...but to go from DE to LB then to TE is gonna make this guys head explode. TE's have to run routes which he has never done, grasp an offensive concept and block as well. I dont see Aaron Maybin making it past the half way point of this season. He is a goner.
