I agree- imo Josh is done in the NFL- too many chances. Hunt will be back especially once his suspension is over and a team needs a rb.

    Not necessarily bad if you get good production out of a rook thru year 4 - helps with the cap.

    Rich Gannon had come to mind before reading your post. He really struggled early on then he started to grow and the NFL slowed down- went on to have an incredible career from his mid to later years, career wise.
