  1. We're holding a Cutleritis intervention tonight on Bills Fan Radio. We're here to help!
  2. Bus Cook has no clients that play for the Bills.
  3. No it doesn't. The Bills have no reason to make that trade unless Edwards played horrible last year.
  4. Why is anyone even talking about this? The Bills aren't going to go after Cutler unless there were no signs of life at our QB spot. Do you really think they would make a play after the Bills PR has put Edwards on nearly every radio and tv show gaa gaa'ing over T.O. ?? This thread is dumb.
  5. It was a reference to Denver's defense. Not a Cutler/Edwards comparison. But thanks for playing anyway!
  6. If we don't go DE with our 1st pick, I'd say we're all doomed.
  7. I'm surprised the Broncos owner tossed Cutler the way he did.
  8. I think this story going on now and the whole John Elway story last year are 2 seperate things. Validating McDaniels behavior by Cutler's comments last year is assinine.
  9. I've been pitching this guy's name out for months with no feedback. I think he'd be a great fit for our offensive line. I just got really excited!
  10. LaFleur was one of the best episodes this season I think. BTW.... Next episode is called "Namaste"... I've been looking forward to this episode ALL SEASON because Dr. Candle will be in it.
  11. Paying Hardy for the number isn't something you go public with. So Owens isn't going to get into details with it. You might just notice Hardy showing up early for team meetings and wearing a presidential Rolex.
  12. Sorry, I forgot quarterbacks throw with their feet.
  13. My question is simply based on the potential relationship between T.O. and Cutler. Yes, we are getting on Cutler's case about the Elway comment, because no matter how much you try to defend the fact that you want your quarterback to be confident, you want them to be composed as well. Does Peyton make that comment? McNabb? Brees? Warner? No. Cutler's statement was very assinine. Not to mention his little girly spat with Rivers. If Edwards throws 23 TDs last year and 10 INTs and says he thinks he's better than Jim Kelly, this board would murder him. And don't give me some excuse that both Rivers and Cutler are of a different generation of QBs and are changing the ways. And why are people already writing off Edwards? He's only played 1.5 regular seasons, last year was his first full season to start and he didn't screw it up like J.P. or Bledsoe or dare I say RJ. And no I'm not writing him off because I think he has more composure and maturity than Cutler, not to mention the support of Bill Walsh. I'm not saying he's our savior but I am saying he deserves at least 1 more season to see his progressions. We saw major signs of progress last year against Oakland, Jacksonville, and even when WE went to Denver. Some of you in favor of trading Edwards off seem to have Snyderitis. L.T.? Cutler? Gonzalez? Oh brother.. Why not Belicheck too? Sorry I'll get off the soapbox now.
  14. Okay, let's put down the gasoline and rationalize here. Do you really think Owens and Cutler could work nicely together? Cutler's a great quarterback, I'll give him that, but he's nowhere near John Elway and like Owens he likes drama (i.e. Philip Rivers rivalry, Elway comment). I think Trent would be more willing to work with Owens and make sure they develop a good relationship and chemistry moreso than Cutler would.
  15. Not to depress anyone even more, but what really sucked about that is the previous year we lost in Miami at the end of the game too. What was it, 3rd and goal with 9 seconds left and Flutie was sacked and fumbled. Who was that Jason Taylor or Trace whatever his name was?
  16. If Cutler and Owens were on the same team, you'd have the Owens and McNabb saga times 100! Cutler's already got an early headstart by saying he's better than John Elway.
  17. Sorry Lori. I agree with you though, it'll be interesting to see who's point of view wins.
  18. Exactly. Let's not go all crazy about this but defnitely hope for the best.
  19. I somewhat feel the same way. I'm moreso in the middle, excited but also weary. But one interesting point Chuck made to me was how this will effect Lee Evans. He's stuck it out to remain a Bill and the Bills go and do this. Not saying it's a bad move or the Bills, but the risk greatly outweighs the reward as for now, the risk being a confrontation between the 2 receivers. I'm all for optimism though, and I hope since we don't have really any big personalities the environment would be perfect for TO to co-exist in. And I don't think Chuck wrote the article because he had said on the radio that it would never happen. If you had told me Friday that it was going to happen I would have told you you're insane. The Bills have NEVER made a move like this so Chuck was validated in writing what he did. He's covered the Bills for over 35 years. So I think he deserves a little credibility.
