Thoughts after surfing around the Sunday games: 1. Was there any doubt MyMahommey was going to come out and throw 5 TDs? KC doesn't need Tyrek. Kelce was uncoverable. 2. The Giants played above their heads yesterday and it was fun to watch. Buffalo East has a stout Defense and Saquon was unstoppable. Jones is still meh. 3. Herbert plays so smooth and under control. They had the Raiders number all day. 4. Dallas is toast. Double CeeDee and the rest don't matter. 5. Pit-Cincy was the game of the day. Brutal attrition on both sides. Big time losses in a win for Pit. 6. Same old Colts. 7. Minnesota looks L-E-G-I-T. Jefferson embarrassed GB. Rodgers was under duress all day. Clearly missing his OLINE guys and receivers. 8. All the talk about the OLINE in Tampa. It's still Tom. He got sacked a bit, but he still makes quick decisions and throws the ball fast. 9. Mac and the Pats don't look to threatening. Reports of a back issue with Mac makes for some serious angst in the Boston fan base. So sad.. 10. Tua and The Waddles look like they have game. Hill adds a lot to their offense. 11. LJ8 with one bomb, 3TDs, otherwise a rather pedestrian day. Box score shows JESTS had more first downs. LJ8 only ran 6 times. Hmm.. 12. Cardinals were well just not good in any facet of the game. 13. Trey Lance has a long way to go. SF gambling their season on him is crazy. 14. Burrows is a gamer. He has a pick-a-galooza and still marches them down to win the game. Bad coaching in Cincy lost that game. To not challenge that TD catch ruled incomplete was inexcusable.

That was a great, wacky game. And yeah, he knew it immediately. He pointed to it as he walked off the field and went straight to locker room and anyone who doesn’t appreciate Reid Ferguson should watch that game replay.

Really amazing to me. How does someone look at 133M guaranteed and say to themselves, that's not enough? As someone who goes through my life spending tens and twenties, this number numbs me. I went on Ticketmaster yesterday to look. Gave it a passing thought that I might just want to go. The visiting fan sections, you know the ones, like 316, end of upper deck, were the cheapest seats. 272 plus the usual Ticketmaster gouging. Glad I already bought my seats for the games I’m going to. I’m going to @Bal, Pit, Cle, NYJ and @Cin (MNF). Those Cincy tickets for comparison sake were $59.00. Got two tix for $157 including fees. Of course it’s Jan 2nd when I’m sure it will be nice and toasty.

Reggie Gilliam went out with an injury at one point. Any update on him? He had some crushing blocks.

This is why I so interested in the Miami — New England game this weekend. Miami has a rebuilt line and two speedsters. I believe Tua can make the throws from a clean pocket. I think his two receivers will adds points to his accuracy. Can his line give him the time?

I know all the hype will be on VM40 as the free agent signing of the offseason, but I’m coming around to the idea that Kromer was. His line schemes detoothed the Rams. How many times did we see the Rams Dline get completely walled off and trapped in a bunch together?

He may not be the bell cow, but he is a decent outlet and a solid blocker. He routinely stands in there and picks up the blitz. I think there will be games when his battering ram style will work.

👿 Feels like Jalen went to confession. I think we can put the trash narrative away now. He clearly understands he was wrong and was forced to do penance on the national stage.

They will still run Henry. That's Vrabel's MO. Pound them with Henry and wear down the Defense. I've seen it over and over again. And why not, he's that good.

A few more things I have thought about. 1. Bass kicking that ball out of bounds was brutal and led to Rams points. How does that happen indoors? 2. The ST play to open the third was one of the pivotal plays of the game. Pinning them back and forcing a punt was huge. 3. The play of the night for me, and it didn't work, was the endzone throw to Diggs. Allen acted like he was going to rush up the middle and then he throws late to Diggs. That was a Mahommes-esque kind of play. The lineman can't release downfield for that to work. 4. The Gabe Davis TD was a perfect and I mean perfect game fake. 5. Poor Cook. A bad way to start your NFL career. That fumble will have lingering effects on his playing time. And it did last night. 6. Knox was really not in the game plan. I figured he would be, but those quick hitch passes were not his jam. 7. Kupp was dangerous all night and yet not very dangerous. 8. R-E-S-P-E-C-T.. Nationwide, coast to coast. 9. Bills put so many things on film last night. That has to scare and demoralize the competition. Heck even Keyshawn was forced to admit it today. 10. Von's impact on this team can't be overstated. We now have two pillars on this team, Allen and Von. The ying and the yang.

I really like Rich Eisen. Mostly because he is a long suffering fan of a team. I can relate. THIS is after the KC loss in January, but it AGES well. And last night, this was prescient. He speaks the truth.. Get past the hurt of the 13 seconds and just listen to what he says.
