Wow.. Pretty devastating realty for her and her family.

I've pretty much abstained from the internet all week. Barely popped on here. No pregame shows. Game day.
Good Luck to us all..

thumbs up from me, wjag, but where I will disagree with you vehemently, and others, is that the Bills “just surviving” last week.
Just surviving is Miami going down and just missing a field goal that wins the game or the phins throwing an interception in the end zone that also would have won the game.
Not an 11 point fourth quarter lead, or when it is down to 3 Miami never moving the football past the 50, then losing on downs and never getting the ball back because we ran the clock out.
close, yes…just surviving or skin of our teeth was not what happened. We trailed for what, 7 minutes?
All true. But all I know was that the game was not over until that last first down. It should have never been that close and yet it was. And everyone in WNY was holding their collective breaths. Every time you felt like Buffalo would add some point distance something happened in the game that allowed Miami to keep it close. And when you factor in a 3rd string QB and a massive point spread, it added to the anxiety and perception.

Guys, I don't get it. I mean I honestly don't get it.
And if not, how...HOW do you watch what this man does with a football and say his arm is essentially garbage?
He's within 2 picks of the other top quarterbacks in the AFC and he is a turnover machine who can't throw?!
It's two-fold. The fumbles. Two times he has fumbled a scoop and six (Minny and Miami). But I think the fumble he had against Miami running to the sideline where it bounces off his knee leaves a "wreckless impression."
And then of course there are those drive killing red zone picks.
I agree no one is harping on TLAWs picks last week. But I think the combo of Josh's picks and fumbles and just surviving the Dolphins definitely leaves a bad and lasting impression. It wipes out the crazy good throws he had in that game. I mean that first one to Diggs was glorious...
He has to play a clean game this week. Or the narrative will follow him..

Bills sign Greg Mancz back to the practice squad, in case anyone cares
Practice Squad Injured Reserve. That's a new one for me. Is that a special category to hide someone late in the year?

Last year it was the DC, this year the OC.. getting closer to Harbaugh's head on the chopping block..

I gave my vote to Pederson.. Pretty remarkable turn around there.

Would not shock me at all to see a heavy dose of Mixon and Perine. For all the shoot out potential of this game, I would imagine both teams want to control clock and limit possessions.

But when an inbred goober like me can see him unable to lift his arm above his shoulder on tackles, it's a pretty bad injury.

all 3 losses were because of turnovers- vs Tua, Zach Wilson and cousins. Now that we’re in the divisional playoffs, facing Burrow then Mahomes then SF- you best believe if we turn the ball over more than once in each game, there’s a good chance we won’t be the Super Bowl champions.
4th and 18.. Nuff said on Minny...

All this incessant back and forth about Allen v Burrows needs to stop. They are both talented QBs. Pretty sure this game will be decided by whose DLINE plays better. Both OLINEs are suspect.

I don't think he has necessarliy stopped. My sense is when the play is essential, Josh will attempt to run. Miami baited him last week and he took the cheese. I don't see any of the remaining teams electing to do that. With every play essentially critical to advancing, I would expect Josh to be running more.

Bye, Tanner.
These late season moves are head scratchers. What could possible be achieved by replacing 3rd string players who know the playbook and have practiced with the team all season for some 3rd stringers who have not?

After watching Baltimore v Cincinnati would it make sense to play 3DL and 3 LBs and 5 DBs? Flood short zone passes with hands and date them to run Mixon?

What does this mean?
Yes the Ravens have an excellent defense. The #3 defense in the league, as it happens.
The Bills have the #2 defense in the league.
Is there some argument beyond "we don't have the Ravens Defense" about how the matchup is bad for the Bills D or something? because statistically, the Bills have a better defense against the pass than the Ravens do, where we're a bit worse is against the run.
I think objectively looking at it, the Ravens have better depth/talent in the secondary. That is the edge I give them. They also benefit from playing them twice yearly and now three times this year (twice in two weeks). So they have their tendencies down.

Yay, he's the "GOAT". He's also a completely unlikable turd, a cheater, a dirty player, and as we saw AGAIN last night, a cheap little B word

A while ago during Bengals week, someone posted a video about Burrow “not caring” about football and that was supposed to be a big edge for him in big games. I can’t find it anymore.
If that’s true, that’s probably the biggest difference between him and Josh, who lives and breathes football.
Not the impression I get. I watched an extended interview between Cowherd and Joey B. Joe is as even keel as they come. He thoughtfully considers his answers to every question. He seems so inflappable. Great quality for a QB. He is going to be a good one for a long time.
