Away games can be fun unless they lose to Jacksonville with Urban Meyer.

Or get blown off the ball on both sides of the line and field in Baltimore in the rain after spending ridculous coin for seats and parking passes and taking nonstop incoming from Ravens fans after Henry busts through the line for an 80 yard TD on Ravens first play.......  🙂

Semantics anyone?  It implies the same regardless of how you said it.  If it was 'really bad', I'm quite sure he would have been ruled out for the game during the week instead of it being a game time decision.  And like I said earlier, McDermott is usually very sport on when he designates someone as 'day to day' vs 'week to week'.  There is a HUGE difference when those terms come from his mouth which is why I feel so much better about his health and return timeframe than you do.  I'm basing this off of what I've heard, seen, and experienced since McDermott has been here.  No more, no less.  Obviously I hope you are wrong that he needs to go on IR for 4 weeks.  It would be one of the most bizarre mystery injuries to occur to a player here maybe ever.

Agreed.  I think the coach speak of D2D vs W2W is to keep the reporters at bay.  If you say D2D they will ask each day if the guy has a chance to play on the weekend.  W2W means, stop asking me this week, he ain't playing.

He is what Robert woods was to this team. No joke when I say that. Woods worked his way up to a #2 WR and was overall better than Hollins but I 100% believe that Hollins is an important piece on this team

    Hollins took 45 snaps today

    Shakir 35

    Samuel 17

    Cook 36

    Kincaid 52

    Knox 43

    Johnson 19

Samuel with the most invisible 17 snaps only eclipsed by Knox with 43.

  4. All I know is the Bills won,

    Miami lost,

Bills held Tyrek under 100 yards again,

Shakir is as slippery as an eel,

Poyer giveth and taketh on same play,

    Bass had a redemption moment,

Von Miller is a ghost of himself,

    Elam is not Benford,

    Keon's loss is ENORMOUS,

Ray Davis is a battering ram and should have been used more,

Williams plays fast and hits hard,

and Josh Allen is a freakin warrior.

The only thing I can think of is that the toe is just sapping his athletic ability. Samuel does have a lengthy history of injuries nagging him so this wouldn't be surprising. Good news is we are coming up on the bye week soon to let these guys nicks and injuries heal.

Turf toes NEVER seem to heal in season..  The bane of a receivers existence.

  6. Diggs was him..  Seems to me that his attitiude changed in Buffalo when his receiver's coach went to Miami and his OC went to NYC.

Thanks for providing additional details…it was a long time ago.  You’re probably right about the incompetence of the Bills’ front office at the time but I still don’t think fans should be “blamed” for wanting a player the Bills clearly developed to show some appreciation for what had been done.

Regarding Jason Peters: He was exhibit A of the Bills of that era being the NFL's Farm Team.
