How can policy be really challenged by either party when the debate committee is run by 1 Repub and 1 Dem solely. They own the system, they know what sells and what doesn't. They both have mastered how to avoid discussing changing policy for the better or worse with generic things like "We need to change social security." Great, so how do you do it effectively and long-term with real numbers to back up your rhetoric, and at the same time be constitutional for long term prosperity. Neither party will address these issues. Basically this will never change under the facade of the 2 party system. They are really the same candidate with one guy wanting more of this, or less of that. Nothing serious will be changed that needs changing from the national debt, to loss of freedom, to the gross unconstitutionality of the current government, the illegal invasion on the border, and the gross distortions of law and tort reform which is necessary under a growing and flourishing country. Worst of all both parties have mastered how to undermine freedom by blaming free-markets for bubbles and busts when in fact they are subsidized, and if a bubble occurs it will be fixed faster and more effective by the market, not the gov't. Look at the housing crisis. If the Fed didn't force the rates down so much to cause the bubble, there would be no bust. They try to stop one recession by giving us a larger one, and Joe Six Pack is willing to concede more power to the gov't to fix the problem they created.

This is easy. Abortion is the killing of innocent life, the death penalty is an act of justice against a criminal who merited to be taken from the world. Did you really have to conjure this one up as it's so basic? Each action is determined by its intent, and the action of both abortion and the death penalty are both the taking of life: one is for convenience and the taking of innocent life, the other is out of justice. It's like asking the same question about someone who is against abortion, but will fight in war and kill someone. The intent is radically different and a dumb-ass question.

Are we really trying to compare one religion who believes homosexuality to be immoral, and of course against the natural law, with another church that calls the US the US of KKK A? One that preaches hate the sin, but love the sinner, with one that says we must hate God if there is not black supremacy? Go learn what black theology is. Would we have $53 trillion owed to Medicare and Social Security pay-outs? Would 4 million children be alive today? Or the income tax which enslaves 1/3 of your income? Would we have had justices that find criminals insane rather than in prison? They work for the Institution and it's prolonged attack on wealth of its citizens, and a republic in which the power of the democracy has been lost to elitism on both sides. If the question were about what to do with a women's body you would be correct, but the issue is what to do with someone else's body in the body of women. You cannot equate the right of a women's body with the rights of someone else. The argument is does that life have rights, and if so when? Again, it's one of the liberal paradoxes that astound me as they are so much at war with protecting the lives of fetuses in the animal as a right to exist, but not to human life. Somehow the rights of eagle eggs, and lamb abortions are more important than human life. That's completely unspecified as to what constitutes value. Does life have value because it's sustainable, or because of the life itself. If because life itself always has value then who are we to say that someone has a choice as to whether one can kill life that will always be human? If it's because life is sustainable when do we advocate euthanasia, or even the value of the handicap? I don't see the distinction clearly in your argument, so clarify.

If he underperformed he would have been cut and the guaranteed bonus money was all his. I understand he over-performed, but he has no leverage with 3 years left. He should have been more collegial with the F.O. Instead he took his unleveraged A** and tried to make himself an issue to the detriment to the team. At the very least he should have called the F.O bluff, showed good faith, and then if he was screwed the fans would feel more for the guy. Right now he's had one decent season as a pass-blocker, he's not very good at run-blocking.
