Again.. I am not saying the guy is a bust I am just asking if anyone else noticed what I witnessed this season. I hope he proves me wrong and kicks ass next season but it is going to take a ton of work.. As far as those who say we picked him as a 2-3 year project.. Only the Bills would take a 2-3 year project in the 2nd round when there was starting talent in critical positions available. It seems like every pick we have had over the past decade has been a 2-3 year project who is never on the team when 3 years rolls around.

With all of the talk about Spiller I have yet to see anyone mention our 2nd round pick Torrell Troup. I was hoping that Nix and co may have found a diamond in the rough on this guy but I am not confident in what I have seen so far. Sure he is a young rookie and is going up against NFL offensive lineman now but I honestly cannot think of one good play he turned in for us and he did receive a significant amount of snaps. Every time I focused on him during a game I noticed him getting blown back off the line by one offensive lineman.. It seemed he would just try to bull rush the lineman head on and would fail miserably at it. When he was drafted the hope would be he would be a big space-eater that demands two lineman but I honestly don't know if he has the athletic ability to do so. Hopefully he proves me wrong.. Thoughts?

Two of the throwing plays should have ended the game anyways had the receivers pulled their heads out of their butts. I think Evans should have made the catch on the first series and it is not even worth discussing who should have made a catch on the 2nd one..

I agree with you on these fans being weak for the most part. I moved here a little over 2 years ago and I was shocked to see they could not sell tickets last year when they were in the playoff hunt and beating everyone in the AFC North. The main reason why they do eventuallyu sell out is usually because a local corporation buys the remainder of the tickets at a discount. The only thing I will give them is that the tickets are generally more expensive than they are in B-Lo. That playoff game last year was an absolute joke. The fans all dumped their tickets the night before the game because "it was going to be too cold" so I ended up getting 3rd level 40yd line tickets on stubhub for $22 per ticket for a PLAYOFF game! By the 3rd quarter i was at the 50 yard line 8 rows up from the Jets bench because a couple on their way out thought it was too cold and gave me their tickets..

Considering the fact that I cannot think of one good pick in the first 3 rounds in about a decade I think the Bills would be better off continuing to trade down until they have about 20 picks after the 4th round. I counted TWO first round picks that were inactive today simply because they flat out suck.. First rounders are expected to start immediately.. Why is it this team can find decent players that do not even get drafted but when it comes to using the "safe" picks they always completely blow it??

In order for the Bills to win this game they need to bench Edwards and run the wildcat the entire game with all 3 RB's in the backfield. Prior to the hurry-up offense last week the only plays where we consistently moved the ball was in wildcat formation until a penalty forced them to put Trent back in.
