When it has come to his team, Ralph has a history of not knowing ass from elbow. Ralph was there at the formation of the AFL, but he wasn't as critical as, say, Lamar Hunt. And yeah, he did help keep the Raiders afloat early on, but are we really grateful for that? When he finally made it into the HoF, I was reminded of the part in Animal House where Hoover defends the Delta house on the grounds that it "has a long history of existence."
