NFL ....Bills..became a fan in 1961....so 1964 and 1965 was fine by me. NBA...Cavs....getting closer MLB...Pirates (NL) 1960....I liked 1979, but since then ....... How can you not love them, see also 2005 Sox. 1985 Kansas City Royals... St. Louis blows with help from Denkinger. 1986 New York Mets... Bill Buckner Mookie Wilson Wow... What three great years! 1996/1998 New York Yankees... The classy Yankees, Torre and Jeter 2005 Chicago White Sox... How can you not love them, see also 1984 Tigers. U.S. soccer: Sabres: I got some minor satisfaction as a casual fan of the 1983 76ers. As a kid, Dr. J was my hero and he finally got his title.
