He's only won 1 Super Bowl, so by the "Super Bowl tally" measure he isn't any better than Jeff Hostetler or Trent Dilfer. In fact, guys like Roger Staubach and Brett Favre are in the same "nearly good" camp. And QBs like Johnny Unitas, Dan Marino, and Jim Kelly have no Super Bowl rings so are clearly bad QBs that should be removed from Canton. The "superbowl tally" is not something of mine; I guess that you made it up. As a Bills Fan, the playoffs would be nice, and to get there a team must win. As for Manning, in my unprofessional opinion, this was his best season. His team wasn't all that, and virtually all of his best players lost a substantial amount of playing time due to injury. The schedule was also brutal, but he found a way to keep it together and win games. And yes, the coaching mattered a lot, but Peyton still did it on the field.
