Sean Burns of Prattsburgh faces multiple charges, including arson, following the fire Monday that triggered the building's sprinkler system, causing an estimated $200,000 in damage. Burns was arrested at about 7:20 p.m. Monday by Northwest District police. He has been charged with fourth-degree arson, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Yup, but an arson charge for dumping ashes into a garbage can is absurd. No way in hell they charge him with that if it's a cig instead of weed. Instead of the kid shooting the other kid, he will dump the ashes out into a trash can burning down a vets office with nothing but kittens and puppies in it. Oh the horror.
