Irony, Rodney Harrison, and the NE Patriots

Recommended Posts

The Boston Herald is reporting that Rodney Harrison has a strained MCL and won't be able to play next weekend against the Jets. Harrison was injured on a legal block by Bobby Wade.

“It was a dirty play. I don’t even know the guy (Wade). I don’t even know him. But their whole offensive line is dirty. Their whole offense is dirty. They’re a dirty team.”

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

Harrison is the one player in any sport that I wouldn't care one bit at ANY injury he ever got. Hell, I root for it.

Exactly. I actually cheered a little when I saw him get hurt on the legal block. I don't even do that for Dolphins players.

The guy's a jerk, it was a legal block (unlike half of his plays), and he makes me sick. The announcers do too, as they said something like, "If you're a football fan, you're sorry to see players like Rodney Harrison get hurt because he's a great football player." Yeah, whatever. :)
