The latest is, of course, not Foley and His Family Values, but the $20m they've set aside for the Iraq Victory Party. On the other hand, if they bank it until the war is actually over, and if we actually win, the interest it will amass could be almost as astronimical as the cost of the war itself. I'll be the first to admit the Dems have been wimps. That doesn't make the Rethuglican STINK any less. So why bother.
