I want a new OC and DC, with Mularkey keeping his nose out of the gameday playcalling. Marv can teach him how to Delegate and stay the hell out of the way. Now that this has been nipped in the bud, I hope the GM forces MM to hire a competent Off. Coordinator and not the let the head coach call any plays.
