Possible Conspiracy or last request

One of the things that has me thinking. JP showed signs of making strides in the Miami game that he ended up losing. Moulds throws a hissy and accepts his one game suspension against NE. JP goes out and gets completely destroyed, the team is maybe teaching him a lesson for his possible part in Moulds supension.

Then Mularkey has Holcomb start as maybe a compromise to Ralph Wilson granted Moulds request not to Play with JP losman for the remainder of the season because Holcomb gives Moulds the best chance to catch the ball. Plus with moulds and Ralphj seeing the writing on the wall that he will be playing his final two games in Buffalo, Moulds wants to showcase his skills to the prospective teams so he can get the money he wants.

Sounds like a decent theory to me.

Plus in contradiction to everyone else TD is gone at the end of this season. TD still has to perform to an expected level so he can showcase his worth to other teams and state that he never threw in the towel up until his final KO by Ralph wilson which indicates a little bit of charachter on TD's part.

It's possible that after hearing the vets B word, that Ralph doesn't like JP. Maybe Ralph is the one that wants to start Holcomb. Maybe JP gets traded. If the owner of the team says trade the guy, or start the guy, the GM and coach have to listen.

What did JP do to Eric in the Miami game? Not throw to him, and instead throw to Lee for 3 TD's. Yeah, what an ahole! I could MAYBE see him throwing a tantrum if JP were ignoring him when he was wide open and drives were stalling, but come on! And the Pats game was a combo of missing Eric (like the 2nd half of the Miami game) plus the after-effects of blowing a HUGE lead to a division rival, not to mention JP getting injured early. And it's not like the defense could have stopped the Pats ANYWAY, even if the offense weren't crap.

You're kidding right? They benched J.P. because they think Holcomb gives them the best chance to save THEIR OWN jobs. These people don't give a rat's behind about letting Moulds "showcase his skills to other prospective teams".

"The grassy Knoll", "Military Industrial Complex", "The Mob", and the conspiracies roll on, and on, and on......

When Beldsoe was jetisoned and Losman annoited the starter, Holcomb was still with the Browns. Then we went looking for a vet backup and Holcomb fell into our lap after he had had enough with the Browns.

Our two "miracle" workers (Wyche and McNally) couldn't transform a kid (JP) into a game savvy starter overnight and our offensive line from a lump of coal into a diamond.

Moulds wouldn't support the newbie QB while he learned the game (NFL style), and Fletcher goes on record as saying the defense played well enough to win against Carolina even though they allowed the game winning score late in the 4th quarter, which followed a poor defensive finish against the Pats, and shortly thereafter the defense completely collapsed against the Dolphins. One constant there, 4th quarter come from the lead losses. Sorry London, our defense has been a major problem, all year long save the season opener.

No, there's no conspiracy, just a HC and upper management that has caved into the vets, while they may still be able to play (although not up to their earlier years level), do not represent the future for the Bills. Start Holcomb now to save their jobs? Likely, but it shouldn't matter. MM lost control over this team. That alone should cost him his job.

Yet we made an example of Sam Adams who refused to play a two gap run stuffing style. Our best DT, but MM showed him who's boss.......yeah right.....

Just a couple of Laurel & Hardy clones running the show.

EM's rant after the Miami game was one of the phoniest I have ever heard. When was the last time a WR was crying about his team not running the ball enough. LE was in the spotlight and EM didn't like it, but instead of saying what was really on his mind, he came out with the lame crap about not running the ball enough. Goodbye EM.

I bet that if we let JP go, Green Bay will pick him up. And fate would be so kind to that great football city to have history repeat itself .....
