Chautauqua Mafia Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Spent my first night as a resident here last night and I gotta tell you, despite the wind nearly melting my face off, I love it here. Just the vibe I've been looking for after decades in the mid Atlantic hellscape. 4 2 Quote

Draconator Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I was wondering how a board name I don't recognize has 58K posts. Then it came to me. And I've relegated myself to one drink a night for 6 nights of the week, unless I go out, at a gig, etc, so alcohol is no longer an excuse. Glad you found yourself! It is beautiful there. 1 Quote

If I take a left out of my driveway and go about 500 feet up a small hill, it turns out I have an INCREDIBLE view out over Fredonia/Dunkirk with the lake taking up almost the whole horizon. Thinking of taking pictures of it in all four seasons and getting the photos matted and framed. 1 1 Quote
